3/3/25 I was at the long line in the drive through. Got out the line, parked and walked in. There was 4 of the SLOWEST young workers in there. Wowww cero effort or concerns for the long line.

They both fought over who was going to serve me or better yet who was not going to then the female taking my order repeated me 4 times made it so obvious she didn't want to serve me that the gentleman had to come up and apologize and take the order and tell her its just a hot black coffee w a couple iced cubes. Normally I don't mind coming here but this was really wrong.. No customer should ever be treated so unkind especially when they tip each time they come. There was no one in drive through or in a line so im sorry if this may have been a break time possibly but it was mean to treat a person this way very mean and she was aware of her behavior.

The female employee who works 530 am is the rudest and most grouchy person ever. Dont bother coming to this location and dont come in the morning, she will ruin your whole day. Next time I am either going to a different dunkin or to starbucks.

This dunkin is terrible! It’s down the st from my house but I go out of my way to avoid it. Always get your order wrong, always out of everything, and it takes FOREVER. It shouldn’t take over 15 minutes to get an iced coffee at noon. Quite literally the worst dunkin I have ever been to and I gave them so many chances.
