On September 10, 2025, at 5:56 am, I arrived at this Dunkin' Donuts location. My children were en route to their bus stop, and we attempted to place an order for a snaking bacon and loaded hash browns. Unfortunately, we were informed that these items were unavailable. We proceeded to order alternative items, only to discover that they were also out of stock. I then placed an order for a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant and a donut with two strawberry refreshers. Upon arriving at the window, I noticed that the lights were off, and I saw the same individual who had provided poor service last year. I requested that he confirm my order, and his response was dismissive, stating, 'I'm not reading off your order, you know what you ordered!' He then walked away, and I overheard him making a comment to another employee, 'It's that lady again.' I am unsure what issue he has with me, but his behavior is consistently rude, and it appears to be condoned by the establishment. His arrogance is unparalleled, and I have never encountered anyone with such a lack of customer service skills. Fortunately, another employee intervened to complete my transaction, as the initial individual refused to assist me. I explained to the new employee that I simply wanted to verify the accuracy of my order. He completed the transaction without comment. It is possible that the rude employee's behavior is intimidating to his colleagues, but I will not tolerate such treatment. If this establishment wishes to maintain customer loyalty, I strongly suggest that they remove this individual from customer-facing roles. His behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business. I will not be returning to this location again. I would have given this establishment a zero rating, unfortunately, one star is the lowest option available. This location appears to have unprofessional staff members. They do not seem to be morning-oriented individuals. It is almost as if they lack enthusiasm for their job and feel compelled to be present.

I waited forever for someone to take my order so I assumed the speaker was not working.I get to the window and they tell me to go back around!🤬 This drive through has no way of backing out or getting out the line so I just wasted 20 minutes of my life! The least they could’ve done when I got to the speaker was to say hold please so I know the speaker worked! 10 minutes getting to the speaker and another 10 minutes waiting to get to the window and still no coffee!🤦🏽‍♀️

During the morning shift there frozen coffee machine is working but in the evening when you go they say the machine is broken is very frustrating because it happens nearly every day I’m there all the time 2x a week and during the second shift they start not saying machine aren’t working because they have already cleaned it or the machine broken.

Small store, high volume, well trained staff. It was busy, but the line worked moved quickly. The kitchen team worked well together, in full coordination and prepared orders smoothly & speedily. Definitely one of the better Drink Donuts locations.

I never do this but enough is enough. Everyweek i come here and order the same thing. Someone should get retrained, docked pay or maybe fired for always leaving out the same thing. The dam hashbrowns. I have complain about the samething for weeks now. It Continues to happen. I know this place is busy but come on. Everyweek the samething. Just check it off as you put it in the bag. Its not a hard job. I bet if you docked their pay they wont forget a thing. Someone needs to do something about this. Thanks.

The man Dunkin’ Donuts Rosendale mass American Legion Highway giving you your food and cashing you out at drive through needs to have training on how to treat customers I’m a paying customer all I did was ask for a extra bag so I can separate my kids food myself and he said what with a attitude then when I repeated myself he sucked his teeth and rolled his eyes I didn’t even ask him to separate the food I feel like you should work with people in the food industry if you have a problem with request it you can’t handle it work behind the scenes cleaning up plan and simple

It's amazing that this location can't get anything right. Order a coffee with extra sugar and get a coffee with very little sugar. Order a sandwich with a Xtra bacon and I get one small slice of bacon. I'd recommend driving across state to get your coffee or food rather than go to this location. Such a waste of my money and time.

Disappointing Experience, Rude Staff, and Unprofessional Behavior:

I’ve had a few visits to this Dunkin’ Donuts, but each time, I’ve been left disappointed by the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff. On one occasion, when I asked for a large cup, the staff member became visibly upset and threatened to call the police on me. I don’t understand why this was necessary—I simply made a regular request.

Additionally, I sometimes forget to ask for the cold foam when I’m ordering. Whenever that happens, I always ask politely if I can still get it, and I’m willing to pay for it. However, the staff consistently responds with a dismissive attitude, and it feels like I'm being treated unfairly. I never expect anything for free, but the negative vibes I get each time are discouraging.

One of the biggest issues, though, is that the staff does not wear gloves when preparing food. I’ve requested on several occasions for them to use gloves for hygiene reasons, but each time I ask, they get offended and act like I’m making an unreasonable request. It’s frustrating to feel like I’m being treated poorly for simply asking for basic food safety.

The staff seems to have an unfriendly attitude, which makes the overall environment uncomfortable. There's also a noticeable lack of diversity, and it feels like some employees treat the Dunkin' Donuts as if it’s their personal space, leading to a very unwelcoming atmosphere.

The quality of food has also been consistently disappointing. Overall, I would not recommend this location due to the negative customer service and poor environment.

Don’t go to this franchise. The owner has zero clue what he’s doing and the ppl he hires are a direct reflection of that. Extremely rude and have yet to get any order correct.

So the last two times I've been to this Dunkin... the cream was expired!!! I literally almost spit out my coffee!!! GROSS! Two different visits... weeks apart! What the heck is going on ! I gave them another change but NEVER AGAIN will I go to that Dunkin. Beware ppl!!!! Don't waste your money & protect your taste buds

When I walked in being the only person in the building, nobody came up to me until about 40 seconds passed which is not even bad because most of the workers were more focused on the drive-through customers. But I did notice one thing, and that was that most of the workers looked extremely exhausted. Tis is not a bad thing. It was 4:25pm on a Wednesday and definitely needed a break. I ordered an avocado toast with bacon and a glazed donut. The avocado toast was ready in a minute, with both that and the glazed donut tasting pretty good. Overall, this Dunkin’ is not even bad. 😊👍🏼

I have specifically gone for a cafe that they knew how to make in the first instance, the next 2 have no idea what they do! I mean, only one employee knows how to make the seasonal coffee I order? How is the manager going to tell me that I'm ordering it wrong if I do it exactly like the first time, even showing her the image on her menu screen! Uffff! This is frustrating!
