I was there and it was a buzzy
No complaints. The ladies are usually attractive and nice. If they are from other places, they may need a little more time
I hate to give bad reviews but if I can avoid people some aggravation and wasting their time I would. The drive thru intercom never works so you have to raise your voice to order. Sometimes you get an attitude from the people taking your order because they can’t hear you but it’s the intercom because you screaming your order. 9 times out of 10 They always get your order wrong and the food always cold. They take forever so they make you late for everything. Avoid this place at all costs especially the drive through please.

So please tell me why I ordered from this location this morning through DoorDash and was only able to get a three dollar refund. Meanwhile, I ordered a sandwich a snack wrap and some hashbrowns. My sandwich is cold. The cheese is barely melted. I also ordered an extra egg on my sandwich. The egg is not on there and my snack wrap wasn’t in the bag either. I’m sick of this. How hard is it to pack a bag? I worked in fast food before plenty of times in my lifetime. Never had this type of problem like, what are y’all doing? Are you kidding me right now people pay their hard earned money and get treated like we don’t matter like I’m tired of this. It’s ridiculous. Don’t order from this location or buying things from here I advise you because you’re not gonna get what you pay for.
They literally gave me a cup of ice with couple shots of coffee in it. I took like three slurps from the straw and it was gone because it was 90% ice never again go somewhere else.
My opinion if you do not have what customers orders, send at least some thing it's better then nothing example if you don't have sesame bagel send another kind of bagel same with donut, if you do not have the donut requested by the customer substitute for something else
Service has declined significantly through the years. No matter the time of day they are slow and don’t care.
Ordered hash browns for my child. When I got them, the were not hot at all. Why? Asking for new hash browns.
I would give it a negative if I could the only thing giving it a one is their donuts

i often come by on wednesdays + friday mornings & do a mobile order & pick it up & they are really nice!!! the orders are always correct + made well & whenever something is wrong i just ask for a refund on the dunkin website & they give it to me... the only thing i would say might be bad is that sometimes they run out of coldbrew which is my favorite drink:(
Asked for a cup of ice water with my pastry and they refused. Not nice to refuse water to customers especially not knowing if they are a pregnant customer who needs the water and ice.

This location is so bad. You literally will be in the drive thru lane for 30-45 minutes for one thing. Any other location in Boston for drive thru is a breeze except for this one. Might need more staff or need to work quicker
