Ive been going to this place since over 10 years. Back then it was calm, great customer service. Now These new people don't do their jobs. Their grumpy people who refuse to do any work. Whenever im going to pick up my order, This 6’6 person working their is always looking lost, looking so confused I have to tell lady to pick up my order. This is an other story. Another person who isn’t good at their job is that light skin hispanic lady with the glasses. Always has a grumpy even at others. Today I went to order my food and this is what actually made me wanna report.😭 She got my order wrong and I asked politely because all I really wanted is my food. She refused service and ignored me which annoyed me because I got an order which was wrong and nasty. Im talking about she gave me a bagel as a donut. Next she gave me a old fashioned which all I wanted was a glaze. 😂Jeez that lady really hates her job. Im not sure if she’s a manager or worker, but either she needs therapy or she needs to fired because this is actually messed up.

Excellent service at the drive-thru. However, very long wait. Hash browns burned to a crisp. I'll add pics. The sandwich smelled funky. . Oh well. Great . I took it back and went inside. I told him the eggs smelled fishy. And the hash browns were burnt and I left it there and I told them to keep the money. I don't want to refund. And I don't want a replacement. So I just wasted $6.42. the coffee was good.

One star is too generous i just got charged 4 dollars(which typically is 1.25) for a cup of ice and bottled water because this dunkins can't do water in a cup of ice and they served it in an EXTRA SMALL cup(IT'S 98 DEGREES OUT) i didn't know my one cup of ice and water could run this location out of business but good job i guess. Workers were fine nothing bad to say they are doing their jobs. Another issue is loitering why are there 4 men just laying against the windows, do not go here.

I hate to give bad reviews but if I can avoid people some aggravation and wasting their time I would. The drive thru intercom never works so you have to raise your voice to order. Sometimes you get an attitude from the people taking your order because they can’t hear you but it’s the intercom because you screaming your order. 9 times out of 10 They always get your order wrong and the food always cold. They take forever so they make you late for everything. Avoid this place at all costs especially the drive through please.
