My opinion if you do not have what customers orders, send at least some thing it's better then nothing example if you don't have sesame bagel send another kind of bagel same with donut, if you do not have the donut requested by the customer substitute for something else

i often come by on wednesdays + friday mornings & do a mobile order & pick it up & they are really nice!!! the orders are always correct + made well & whenever something is wrong i just ask for a refund on the dunkin website & they give it to me... the only thing i would say might be bad is that sometimes they run out of coldbrew which is my favorite drink:(

I'm only giving them this cause the lines where crazy and there was like 7 girls behind the counter I waited in line for almost 20 mins but it was busy inside and out I do feel like these girls are over worked and definitely underpaid so y bust ass right understandable there was a homeless man sitting inside with no food no drinks asking for change taking up a big table with 4 chairs if I was boss id be like u gotta buy or go outside just taking up room for paying customers....but...
