Out of every DD in the lower mills, dorchester, and one in canton. This is the only dunkin donuts with varying consistency due to change in employees. Normally I would never make a review cause the second or third time be the charm. This is the only DD that somehow either my order would be wrong or the coffee doesn’t taste like any other DD close by. I ordered 4 warps with cheddar cheese on the DD mobile app. Every single warp was American cheese. Now before the wrap deal I would get a sandwich with cheddar cheese, I never get American cheese on anything. I have not once got cheddar cheese on anything from this location. Who ever has been on sandwich needs to pay more attention to detail. Now I’m not going to take a pic of all 4 but I think one is enough.

Two of four things ordered were wrong. Sad part is that the store was dead quiet when I went in on a Sunday late afternoon. And the lemonade iced tea they made had no taste at all. It was horrible. When I asked why the drink looked so yellow with no iced tea brown color to it, they said that's how they make it. I asked for a chocolate glazed stick and got a plain glazed stick. I asked for a plain boston cream donut and got one with colored sprinkles. Again, I was the only one in line.
I love my mani pedi and the way they massage my feet and hand love it.

The line was extremely long so I decided to sit down and order to go on the app. The time waited compared to ordering in store was no comparison I was out before the people who were ordering when I walked in and I still had to place my on the app. After ordering in the app I waited 5 minutes before going to the on the go beverage counter and my frozen drink was done but missing whipped cream and the fancy stuff, and I had to ask them to retrieve my bakery items and make the 2nd drink that had somehow been missed. The drinks were perfect when all said and done and considering the amount of people ordering and the amount behind the counter the productivity was amazing and on point and they all had a smile on their faces and were very kind. I always have a pleasant experience when I go in, I really enjoy this Dunkins location. ?
Parking: Parking is on backside of building if you turn off the main street following the side of the Dunkins. It's on a corner and clearly can't be driven around on one side so just turn towards the Dunkins and you can't miss it!
Didn’t have half my mobile order, which is on brand for dunks so whatever. But it took 10 min to actually get someone to substitute the items. Then after another 15 min of waiting, nothing. I gave up. The bar is wicked low for dunks but this location is lowering it.
