“This place needs a serious rescue—John Taffer style. The following reviews are spot on. Here’s my experience:
I visited around 8:00 AM to just grab two things: an iced green tea and egg bites. After placing my order, I waited patiently—5 minutes… 10 minutes… still nothing, though it's fast food and should be quick.
Finally, at about 8:20 AM—20 minutes later for a green tea (which simply needs a pour) and egg bites—I asked for an update. That’s when things went downhill. I was flat-out met with hostility:
Employee: “What do you want me to do about it? We have no green tea.”
Me: “It would have been nice if someone had told me sooner.”
Employee: “Well, what do you want me to do? I just got here.”
I was appalled. Another employee then interjected, “We do have iced green tea”—and yet, no egg bites had appeared.
I immediately asked to speak to a manager.
It became obvious no one was paying attention; they were glued to their phones, communicating zero accountability. I waited 25 minutes total—and was then made to feel like I was at fault for wanting my food.
Finally, I requested a refund—and even then, was met with attitude. No updates. No apologies. No service.
Bottom line: Zero communication. Zero respect for customers. Stay FAR AWAY!

Great location
The people were nice but a tad too slow with the customers waited close to 15 mins for coffee . Very unorganized
Paid for my meal $20+ order I walked out without any of it because they had over 30 customers in the store and about 10-12 of us had been waiting 25 min for our stuff and it still wasn’t ready we tried to talk to the workers they literally were walking by ignoring every customer asking what’s going on even looked at one older man who showed them his pick up order that was placed over an hour before they still hadn’t fulfilled his order so I walked out no refund no food no nothing them girls can not handle running that location at all nothing is getting done properly for in store customers they had the drive thru going fast but no instore orders were able to get fulfilled
Always busy but never fast. New employees feel entitled to being on the register their phones and think it is okay to allow a customer to wait. They start shutting everything down almost 2 hours before closing which is pretty ridiculous. I come to get snackin bacon at least 4x a week (I know it’s bad) but at least a good 2 times out of the week they are closing down way before closing time which will make me not want to return and more determined to kick my bacon fix!
The slowest and worst in Boston!
The ce coffee cone out wrong three times.
Not enough ice , filled to top , put in straw and fluid everywhere

Is it an amazing that you don't hear a peep out of the ownership on any of these reviews and concerns.. yes this is the worst dunkin' donuts in the history of dunkin' donuts! There is no question about that the problem is why does it continue year after year after year.. it's all about the dollar bill y'all ,the owners could give two f**** about anything long that money (and it does) still run through..
It’s always very slow at this location. We made the mistake of going through the drive thru - there were 4 cars in front of us and it took us 25 minutes to get our food. Mind you we had put in a mobile order and were just picking it up. We gave them another chance, mobile order, this time we went in. We were waiting for our mobile order for about 25 minutes again. If you aren’t trying to be anywhere at a particular time, this location is fine, but always assume it’s going to be at least a half hour.
I went around 7.20 PM at store and i want to order stuffed mini bagel and at store they told me its closed, store closing time is 8:00pm
Drive through is ALWAYS 10 TO 20 MINUTES. ORDERS ALWAYS WRONG WORKERS ALWAYS CHATTING TO EAT OTHER STANDING AROUND DOING NOTHING AND THEY ARE ALQAYS RUDE IF YOU COMPLAIN. BUT NO REASON FAST FOOD TAKES THIS LONG EVER
Wish I could rate this negative stars. Every time I’ve visited this particular dunks I might have had better luck bobbing for used meat in the Charles River.
This evening being particularly egregious led me to leave these words of dissatisfaction.
I sent my order via the ever-beloved app, and went to pick up my food.
As of writing this the Google site stated the hours, and according to them their closing time is 8:00pm; my order went in at 7:17pm.
I arrived at 7:37 to pick up my order to be told that “yeah I got it but it’s too late, everything is packed up”…I then explained I put in my order 20 minutes ago, to which the employee repeated the same rehearsed robotic empty rhetoric, and went on to say that there’s no manager on site…almost as if that was something they’ve been asked repeatedly.
I was then told I can get a refund on the app(which I was directed to yet another robot) or come in tomorrow and get it…truly useful in the moment.
Better off making your own food or going to one of many other locations than attempting to utilize their many “services”.
