worst dunkin ive ever been to. given it multiple chances with all different employees and they are all EXTREMELY RUDE and dismissive. the only drink they’ve been able to successfully make correctly was a refresher (2 ingredients) and every sandwich i’ve ordered has come out with cold cheese, the wrong meat, or flat out entirely wrong.

We were waiting for a long time for our order to be complete when the manager dismissively asked us if we were waiting for something as if we should not be hanging out in there. We said we were waiting for a hot chocolate and went our way. But if you're going to be rude, at least don't be incompetent.

I ordered an iced coffee and it took like 10 minutes. I had to ask the doctor if he had already had it. Everyone was talking. It's the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to

First time here. They were fast, helpful,and courteous. There are no chairs, but I can appreciate that based on my experiences with other fast food places in this area. It's also nice to not have to beg for napkins.
Food was good once they got it right. Staff was friendly enough and fixed their mistakes.

Nice place, we buy coffee everyday but if we need to use the bathroom we need to buy something 😀. Amazing. Keed doing this

Worst Dunkin, they got the whole order wrong. The bagels weren't toasted. They out the cream cheese on the side. The sweet tea is not sweet. What a mess

Ordered an Iced Machiatto. Whatever I got wasn’t even close. An iced macchiato is layered espresso with milk. There was no layering at all so either they “mixed” it like an iced latte or more likely they didn’t put the expresso in it. I do not think they even put expresso in it because it was completely white like milk and had zero espresso/coffee taste. Didn’t bother asking them to remake it because obviously they don’t know or don’t care what a macchiato is …. Sucks because it’s a $7 drink not even made properly .what a waste.

Employees claims bathroom is out of order while another employee flushed the toilet and walked out. So basically it’s “out of order” for customers.

So excited to find a city while traveling (Boston) with numerous locations and my favorite drink, Decaf Iced Dunkin
Dietary restrictions: Lactose intolerant. They carry Almond milk for my coffee.
