Worst Dunkin, they got the whole order wrong. The bagels weren't toasted. They out the cream cheese on the side. The sweet tea is not sweet. What a mess

Ordered an Iced Machiatto. Whatever I got wasn’t even close. An iced macchiato is layered espresso with milk. There was no layering at all so either they “mixed” it like an iced latte or more likely they didn’t put the expresso in it. I do not think they even put expresso in it because it was completely white like milk and had zero espresso/coffee taste. Didn’t bother asking them to remake it because obviously they don’t know or don’t care what a macchiato is …. Sucks because it’s a $7 drink not even made properly .what a waste.

Served lukewarm coffee instead of hot and the server didn't bother to replace it with a hot one, instead he poured more lukewarm coffee in the same cup. Extremely disappointing!

When you are in Boston you don't have much of a choice. This is not our go to place but it was the only place open early in the morning before our tour. The coffee is OK. The donuts you can get better at a grocery store.

Prices are just made up on the spot. Ordered the 1 dollar doughnut with any hot coffee and she blabbed on about a cappuccino not being a hot coffee? Coffee and a donut ended up being about 7 dollars and the worst cappuccino I've had. Rip off.

My kid spilled their hot cocoa. They didn't help clean, they wouldn't bring out a mop. They weren't busy...just sat and watched me clean it up with 582,294 napkins. My hands were sticky and covered in cocoa and I wanted to wash my hands. The bathroom was locked so I asked to wash my hands - they said no. I asked for a wet paper towel or napkin to clean my hands, they said no. Great place ? Next time I'll let them clean up their counter and floor.
