First time here. They were fast, helpful,and courteous. There are no chairs, but I can appreciate that based on my experiences with other fast food places in this area. It's also nice to not have to beg for napkins.

So excited to find a city while traveling (Boston) with numerous locations and my favorite drink, Decaf Iced Dunkin

Dietary restrictions: Lactose intolerant. They carry Almond milk for my coffee.

When you are in Boston you don't have much of a choice. This is not our go to place but it was the only place open early in the morning before our tour. The coffee is OK. The donuts you can get better at a grocery store.
