I just visited the new Dunkin’ Donuts in Washington St, Roxbury, Mass. Very disappointed with the service 😡 Waited long for my order to be filled and end up without one of my sandwich. The manager in charge who was doing the orders was very “Rude” and Totally disappointed with the service. First time “Ever” I had received such a bad customer service and most important from a site manager. Asked for a refund and had Her addressing to me as “Darling” 😡 Unacceptable!!!...read full review
Saw a giant rat yesterday morning at 455am above the food up on ledge it grossed me out
It was comfortable but it was a Sunday. It could have been cleaner and the sugar and other condiments weren't redealy available. Yesterday, it was a very different experience but it's the only one in the neighborhood.
