Always the best experience at Dunkin.

I AM THE STORM

My sister and I have been at the hospital all night. She is dealing with a rare disease the last thing I expected was to be greeted with an attitude. I went to the StarBucks here in the hospital. The young lady that took my order was rude and very disrespectful with the way she responded to my order. Customer service is very important when serving coffee especially inside a hospital. I honestly feel like this young lady needs more training in customer service and courtesy. I'm not even sure that I would go back considering someone with an attitude like that is working there.

Horrible service!!! Waited 10min with only one customer in front of me because they were to busy chatting with some random instead of serving their customers!!! Not only chatting but lady was sitting on the floor doing who knows what!!!! Very unprofessional…. Slow and bad customer service!!!

This dunkin' donuts is the worst they never have anything they're always sold out and when you ask him what they have they come to you with an attitude if dunkin' donuts is going to always be ran out of items might as well get rid of them all together from inside the hospital

I work in the customer service industry. I get it, under paid and over worked. This Dunkin on Harrison Ave is in a bad neighborhood too. I am sympathetic. But when you finally get a customer that walks in with a smile on his face and orders, maybe you should wipe the scowl off your face. I said please and I said thank you and I got absolutely no response. Not one single word. Ok, bad day maybe. But then I got my order. This is the loaded hash brown container they gave me. It’s about half full. This happens every time I go there. One or two happy employees and a store full of unhappy employees. I’ll keep looking for the happy ones, but not at this location anymore.

I ordered a cold brew but instead got a watered down coffee. I asked these ladies to make me another one and they added a small squirt of coffee. Rude ,ignorant latina women. One of them grabbed my muffin right out of my hands and said she was going to give me a refund. They were singing and laughing. Totally despicable human beings. I was truly humiliated. If I could give them negative stars I would. They should be fired.
