The staff is friendly and the food is good. The wait is horrible! This location needs more employees cause it’s way too busy to be that understaffed. Ordered food for my kids before they got on the bus just for the kids to have to leave and I still waited fifteen minutes!

Whenever I do mobile order and pick up, my food is always ready right when you walk in is the pick up area, someone always comes right up to me asking to see my order number, it’s already place behind them ready to go is. They are very polite and even when I have gone in and ordered at the counter, they never mess up my order up, I never have to repeat myself and they’re really quick to… but the best thing of all is my coffee is always made correctly which, unfortunately I cannot say the same for many of the other Dunkin’ Donuts locations!

When I order a Carmel Ice Latte here, they never make it the correct way with with whip cream and drizzle like any other Dunkins especially in white areas.
