This morning I ordered a toasted croissant, which they gave me with butter. I didn't order it that way, and I politely asked them to change it, but they didn't. I was upset because they refused to change it, and I wasn't going to eat something I didn't order that way. It's very bad service, and they should pay better attention to orders. This is the last time I'm going to buy from here.

I can’t give this place a more terrible enough review. They allow people to take orders that are not there’s, they refuse to do refunds if your food has been stolen and they have horrendous attitude. One of the many Dunkin’s we actually don’t need with this terrible service.

I have been to this Dunkin donuts over 100 times. The food has been good not great every single time without nearly a single exception. The best part is the staff and the speed of the workers. They do a great job and deserve recognition because it is busy but never slow. I do order online every single time, which I highly recommend doing. Only issue is some of the crack heads that linger inside but that's a rarity.

Every staff here is friendly and give quick service only issue is their donuts are almost 3 dollars. The portion size has been the same since the 90s except for their coffee roll that has gotten way smaller but more expensive. Dunkin is no longer inexpensive

Please, I ordered food and didn't get what I wanted. I asked for no cheese, they put cheese, I asked not toasted they toasted the croissant. I am allergic to the cheese. Please ask the people mak8ng sandwiches to read the slips right.

I’m willing to bet this is the worst Dunkin in Boston. They change out employees every week. The orders are never on time, even if you order them 20 minutes in advance. if there were any other coffee shop in the Roxbury area open at 5:30, this Dunkin would probably shut down, as it should
