was physically handed the wrong order and came back to get it fixed and then was accused by employee of taking someone else’s order and then lectured that i should have checked the bag before i left when i already had been waiting 10-15 minutes. employee was very rude, accusatory, and had an attitude.

these 5 stars go primarily to one of the newer guys. i unfortunately don’t know his name, but he has a beard and the most contagious smile. his costumer service is fantastic, and he always gets my order correct. keep him around, he’s fantastic at his job and always knows what he’s doing

I frequently treat my friend Lisa to her usual hazelnut coffee and it's always made just the way she wants it.The food is great here The service is good and it's a very nice atmosphere .I never had any problems here

I get my coffee here every morning since I work nearby. It is always jammed packed in the AM, and the staff do what they can to manage that many people + mobile orders in such a small space. They have been out of nearly everything lately and the staff try their best to accommodate.

Have a handicapped relative that makes it difficult for her I use her hands. She’s place a mobile order and I’d grab it for her before heading to work. This place never puts the cream cheese in her bagel as requested. Has happened on more than one occasion not sure if it’s the franchise or the employee that’s not doing it. Overall great for coffee and everything else.

I have been there 2 times in the last 2 weeks. The first week I ordered the bagel minis which was not added good as they were before as 1 mini was burned in the top and hard. The other day even I went u hit a small hot chocolate which was very satisfying. The cashiers for both visits were pleasant.
