I always have an issue with this place it’s only 5 pm they close at 8:30 how come she’s telling me they don’t serve food at that time bc they are closing they always take forever and are always understaffed”” this is very annoying like I just want a coffe and a wake up wrap 🥲

I frequently treat my friend Lisa to her usual hazelnut coffee and it's always made just the way she wants it.The food is great here The service is good and it's a very nice atmosphere .I never had any problems here

I get my coffee here every morning since I work nearby. It is always jammed packed in the AM, and the staff do what they can to manage that many people + mobile orders in such a small space. They have been out of nearly everything lately and the staff try their best to accommodate.

Have a handicapped relative that makes it difficult for her I use her hands. She’s place a mobile order and I’d grab it for her before heading to work. This place never puts the cream cheese in her bagel as requested. Has happened on more than one occasion not sure if it’s the franchise or the employee that’s not doing it. Overall great for coffee and everything else.

I have been there 2 times in the last 2 weeks. The first week I ordered the bagel minis which was not added good as they were before as 1 mini was burned in the top and hard. The other day even I went u hit a small hot chocolate which was very satisfying. The cashiers for both visits were pleasant.
For students living on the hill this is a great meet up spot for walks to campus or exploring the general area, the dunkin it self is never to full during rush hours and has fast

I came here to get a drink an the manager was very rude and didn’t know how to make any of the drinks on the menu on top of that she didn’t speak any English very bad service
