Staff here wouldn’t fill my water bottle whatsoever. Just really needed to hydrate as I just got off a one hour MBTA train. Soulless business. Meh.

Why are you guys cleaning the oven an hour and 20 minutes before closing? I understand 15 or so before actually closing but people should be able to order normal menu items during reasonable hours

Terrible
This location no longer gives out cups of water like every single other dunkin location that I have been to- I ordered coffee and a donut and would have even paid the change for the usual cup of water but instead would only let me get a water bottle and were honestly rude about it

Dear Dunkin’ Donuts Customer Service,
I’m writing to express my frustration with a recurring issue at your Ruggles station 1131 Tremont st Boston store. Over the past several weeks, I’ve consistently found the store closing 2 to 3 hours before the posted hours of operation. Each time, I’m told that the oven “isn’t working,” but it’s obvious that the equipment is functional—lights are on, machines are running, and staff are in the process of shutting everything down early.
This pattern suggests that the store is choosing to close early for convenience rather than due to legitimate equipment issues. As a loyal customer, I find this practice both misleading and disappointing. It undermines the reliability and trust I’ve come to expect from the Dunkin’ brand.
I ask that you look into this matter and hold the location accountable to ensure they honor their posted hours or communicate transparently if legitimate closures are necessary. I’d appreciate a follow-up on what actions are being taken to address this.
Thank you for your attention to this matter

Management or something changed, terrible wait times and poor order accuracy

This branch never had anything apart from the basic donuts. It rarely happens that I get exactly what I asked for. Might as well close down the branch.
The person who works there makes absolutely zero effort to get it right. Absolutely the worst dunkin I have ever visited.
Would rather throw away donuts then give them away to me or sell them
No hot chocolate, minimal donuts, customer service was a joke. I'd never stop there again. The workers acted like I need them to be there. The attitudes on them unacceptable, and if I wasn't with my child, I might have been more aggressive towards them because of their attitudes towards me. In the customer service world, you need to act like you want the customer there. You don't need to act like the customers bothering you like you could be doing something better time. Than go do something better with your time. I know I will from now on and it won't be at that dunkin donuts.
