The people are always nice (hence the 5 stars), but it’s EASILY the worst Dunkin location I’ve been to. Half of the time my coffee is lukewarm at best, and this is a picture of the “loaded” hash browns I got today… which were also lukewarm at absolute best. Barely half full cup, 1/2 a piece of bacon (maximum), teeny *hint* of sauce… bffr, at those prices you guys can make better food, no? First and last time ordering that.

They are very nice here. They get the coffee orders right . I just don’t like the fact they have no bathrooms.

Queue formed as those who ordered for collection were given priority. Had to wait exceptionally long. Food was as expected.

We are visitors to Boston from Canada. My two friends and I went for the something to eat. The friend made an order and the manager gave the wrong order. My friend asked to give the correct order. Manager was so rude and insisted that my friend gave the wrong order and refused to exchange but asked for money for a new order. He just went to the back and played on his phone.
The table was unstable and the tea cup tipped over the table. The staff s did not help clean the tea.

For some reason the app doesn’t work for me for the location on Huntington ave… does it work for anyone else? Also, the address on Google maps is saying this is the location in northeastern, but on the map it is a different location. Something is messed up
