Asked for less ice and got half-empty cup

We are visitors to Boston from Canada. My two friends and I went for the something to eat. The friend made an order and the manager gave the wrong order. My friend asked to give the correct order. Manager was so rude and insisted that my friend gave the wrong order and refused to exchange but asked for money for a new order. He just went to the back and played on his phone.
The table was unstable and the tea cup tipped over the table. The staff s did not help clean the tea.
Poor customer service.

For some reason the app doesn’t work for me for the location on Huntington ave… does it work for anyone else? Also, the address on Google maps is saying this is the location in northeastern, but on the map it is a different location. Something is messed up

Order on the go they do not follow instructions. When you get there they are not making the orders based on who ordered first. People who ordered in person got their order before me. I waited 30minutes. And i repeat they do not follow instructions said less ice they put regular ice. I said 2 shots of caramel they put 3.
Love all the workers here. Weather I come in early or try to catch them before closing, they are all nice. Wish they could stay open later ?

Ordered a large ice matcha latte of light ice. However, they still gave me a full cup of ice. When I asked them why, they replied ice is expensive ?. Very rude attitude. I threw the drink into the trash can in front of the customers.
