Absolutely terrible experience. My fiancé and I just wanted to grab something quick before heading into the hospital, but this Dunkin’ completely screwed that up. There was nobody in line when we ordered, yet it took over 15 minutes for our food to be ready. The employee behind the counter looked like she couldn’t care less—gave us a stank look and barely acknowledged we were even standing there. When we finally asked about our order, she shrugged and said, “Sorry, we don’t call orders out here.” Meanwhile, the bag had just been sitting in the back the whole time—cold, squished, and not even what I ordered. To top it off, they didn’t mark the order as completed on the app either.

Everything about this place was lazy and careless. Thanks to this location, we were late getting back to the hospital. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Waited 10 min in store to be helped with no one else at line. Staff were rude.

Love this location! I order online, and they always have it ready before I get there. They are so sweet as well!

A lot of employees . All of them very kind. Unfortunately they are not well organized .Caramel latte came without caramel . Sausage egg donut came out cold , almost frozen . Then they just add more ( and colder) caramel to your latte which makes your latte undrinkable , unless you want to go back home and warm it up…..Good store, good location, nice employees but organization is a mess . What about if more skilled people were hired and ( probably ) with a really good salary ???Never here anymore , on my side …

Placed my online order at 1:30 for coffee and an avocado toast. At 1:45, they finally put my tepid coffee on the counter with the avocado toast nowhere to be seen. After another minute, I demurely askd for the status of my toast, only to be sharply, rebuked for ordering food when the cook had already left for the day. After some back-and-forth, I got a refund. Had I not spoken up, it is obvious I would have stood there indefinitely.

Vegetarian options: Almost everything on the menu is either vegetarian or can be made that way.

Located in the Longwood Galleria, what can you say about Dunkin? The bagel was fresh and people were friendly.

Went to get a coffee and the line wasn’t that bad (10 or so people in front of me). Took FORTY minutes to reach the cashier, and they ended up making me the wrong drink too.
