Food is standard, but the service is so slow. I've had to wait over 15 minutes even ordering ahead on the app, and it's still never ready by the time I get there. It's really frustrating and today, after waiting over 20 minutes, I will not be ordering or going to this location again. The coffee is also never consistent.

I order mobile pickup from this location every day I go into work. one or more items from my order have been missing 6 times this year (will be updating as it happens more).I have to get to work on time, that's why I schedule my order. when I show up, my order should be ready.

For the past few days the iced coffee has been tasting very weird my coworkers and I aren’t sure if it’s the cream that’s expired or the syrup (Cs,Hz) I think it’s the cream that’s expired. We even went to the other Dunkin nearby & it tasted much better.overall the employees are very nice.

The manager at the DD at 3 Post Office Sq. is the WORST! I have been going to this same place for 5 years and the manager who works in the morning (a man - don't know his name), has no idea how to handle problems. The app was apparently down this morning, so when I tried to place my order (free coffee with any purchase), I couldn't get it to go through so I asked the manager for help and he started yelling at me almost immediately. The entire line of people behind me only heard him yell at me, so they all assumed I was doing something wrong. I was humiliated because people started yelling at me to pay with my card, which I tried to do, but the manager just kept yelling at me then he finally just thrust the coffee at me and said "Here is your free coffee"! I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! which is pretty awful since it is directly across from my office. This man should be fired.
