No matter what I order at this Dunkin, the outcome is never correct. It’s truly amazing because it’s not a difficult job. I ordered an Iced Macchiato with extra mocha and a double shot of espresso on the side. My macchiato has little to no espresso, a tiny bit of mocha, and the ice is mostly melted. When I came to pick up my mobile order - the barista couldn’t even read the labels on the cups after I told him my name. If your baristas cannot read names - how are they supposed to read labels on the cups that tell them what ingredients to edit or add?

Honestly the service can be great and the employees can be really nice but this morning upon walking in to pick up my order I caught the end of an interaction of what seemed like to be a manager in his employee and the way he was speaking to her regardless of what the conversation was was extremely disrespectful and also saying that she's rude and it's because of her culture and her people that she's rude I found to see really racist and he kept going with the conversation in front of other people and other employees even though it seems she had nothing left to say he kept saying things as for as shd is disrespectful and only her opinion matters I believe that the tone of that conversation should not be taken in front of employees and customers and I believe no matter the conversation you should never speak to your employees that way as a manager myself at another store but I do love this location but I think it should just be pointed out that you should never speak to you that way

I placed a mobile order for a Dunkin Midnight coffee and watched the barista use the wrong type of coffee, which they tried to pass off as the one I ordered. After a bit of back and forth, I found out they were out of the Midnight. They did not offer to make something else or refund the order either. It's just coffee at the end of the day, but I'm disappointed at the dishonesty and poor service recovery.
