I was reading some of these reviews from the last 5 years, and it seems this store has come a long way. I order from this Dunkins about 4 times a week, mobile order. Every single morning, my man (I believe his name is) "Alt" or "Al" (could not quite see the nametag clearly, says "good morning Sean", hands me my order from the behind the counter, and tells me to have a great day, to which I reply "you too", of course. I mean, you can't get much more personable service than that. First name basis with a barista/cashier, however you want to refer to them as. I am thankful this is my go-to spot for coffee/breakfast in a hurry. Thanks team!!

A more expensive Dunkin because of the location. But it’s very small, no place to sit.

it's a Dunkin' what do you expect ? (Coffee is cheap and good but 50cts more expensive in this area?)

The food is good but the service needs to listen a little more to the orders.

I ordered a large cold macchiato without ice. What I got was less than half a full drink because the rest was supposed to be occupied by ice. Never had this issue at other stores.

The service was great. For some reason the machine couldn't scan my app, so they started my order while I proceeded to put it in as a mobile order. Accommodating and kind.

I ordered Butter Pecan crunch frozen coffee. It was the worst I ever had from any dunkin. The lady made it very bad. I think so she doesn’t knew how to make it.They also charged more for the medium coffee than other outlet.Wouldn’t recommend this outlet to anyone.

Read the beautiful ode to this location from the Boston Globe’s Brian McGrory in 2003, framed on the wall.

As a customer this morning I had an issue communicating with the counter. A manager stepped in and was rude, called security and had me removed from his store. I am a diabetic who was going hypoglycemic. He refused to assist me in returning my blood sugar levels to acceptable. When I returned later asking for his reginional contact he refused and spit on me. There is nothing I can do now.

This is a perpetually busy Dunkin's outlet along Boylston Street that's near the Boston Public Library and steps away from one of the 2013 marathon bombing sites (RIP). Even though it's busy, they were reasonably staffed when I stopped by and my mobile order was ready within a couple of minutes. Make sure you listen closely as they might call out your name instead of your order number. Otherwise, this is typical Dunkin's fast food : boring coffee and ultra-processed baked goods and hot items. Note: the insipidly contrived stock images currently dominating this Yelp listing have been uploaded by Dunkin' Corporate and do not reflect this particular location - a violation of Yelp rules. Who wants to see bare, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails shoving food or drink into their face? Do off-center, tackily slanted "action" shots add any value? Keep it classy and keep it focused on the food and drink with no distractions or gimmicks whatsoever.

They just can't get the orders correct, five days five wrong orders. Ordered a large hot black coffee, I got a hot chocolate. My slip says coffee. Stay away.

Great place for breakfast coffee has too much sugar but ask for less is good

Lady at the ounter does not know English. Hire someone else. That would make a whole difference. Even other customers were asking if there was someone who speaks english.
