Yesterday was National Coffee Day and I stopped by this location for a breakfast sandwich and free coffee as advertised. I ordered a sandwich, donut and the free medium coffee. The manager took my order and charged me full price for the coffee. When I reminded her of the promotion which was stated on the illuminated wall sign behind her, she glared at me and said that the deal was, "Buy one coffee at full price and get a second one free". I corrected her and showed her the promotion on my phone as well, "Free medium coffee with ANY purchase (including food)". She snapped at me then kept repeating, "Buy one coffee, get one free" in a robotic voice. "Do you want a free coffee or not?" I told her I was purchasing other items and I expected the free coffee as it was advertised EVERYWHERE. At that point she just glared at me and remained silent. I told her to cancel the order and that I would go to the Boylston street location instead. I had no problem getting my free coffee at Boylston. Later I called Dunkin customer service and the representative was shocked at the manager's behavior and confirmed that she was wrong. She offered me another free coffee with her apology. I will never visit this location again.

Yesterday was National Coffee Day and Dunkin was offering a free medium coffee with any purchase (including food). This was widely advertised including on the illuminated signage in the store. Everyone in the store knew about it except the rude manager who snapped at all of us that we would have to purchase one coffee at full price in order to get a second one free. I asked her to turn around and simply read the wall sign. I also showed her the promotion on my phone. She wouldn't budge. How does the manager of a franchise not know the terms of a NATIONWIDE promotion?! I was purchasing a breakfast sandwich and a donut but faced with her glaring and silence I canceled the order. The Boylston street store honored the promotion with no hassle. Later I spoke with Dunkin customer service and the representative was shocked at the manager's behavior. She confirmed that I was in the right and offered me another free coffee with her apology. I will never visit the Newbury location again.

I used to go to the Dunkins on Boylston Street, the staff there could never get my order right and if I had to say anything about it they would give so much attitude. I gave up on Dunkins until I found out there was another on Newbury St. The staff there are completely different, they're nice, quick, have good memory for their customers orders and its clean! I hope the company respects this staff because they're great!

Walked past with 5 other friends and needed a drink! First off we waited 4 minutes until she decided to serve us, secondly she got my order wrong and then made a customers order who served after me! Never again
