This is the worst DD location. It has the rudest, incompetent staff, no one can answer a question, no one knows how to do mobile ordering, no one answers the phone. This is honestly just the worst I've ever been to.

I love Dunkin but the skinny Brazilian girl has very poor customer service. I always say thank you when I receive my order and she never says you’re welcome. She never smiles and her attitude seems bland and uninterested.

Just picked up my coffee from a mobile Order. As I’m waiting I’m watching the guy that handles the food touch food and then use the same gloves to grab the trash barrel, smh after he touches the trash barrel he then grabs food that was left on the counter and puts it away with the same exact gloves that he used to grab the dirty trash barrel. Mind you he looks at me and sees I saw him and I shook my head, he continues on cleaning as if what he’s doing is sanitary. This is how you get people sick!!! DD has to do better, especially if you have eyes in the sky (meaning cameras) pay attention to your staff! If I was ordering food I would have called him out on his nasty habits! Now I know if ordering food, order in person so you can watch the person making your food! cross contamination is so bad for you! Some staff just don’t think or they just don’t care sadly!

One of the worst Dunks in the city. Food quality is whatever, pretty big range. The drinks on the other hand are god awful. Genuinely taste like urine. I don’t know if it’s the ice or they’re using expired milk or what… but it’s genuinely hard to consume. I’ve come here many times out of convenience, hoping each time that the last was just a fluke…but it never improves.
There’s so many good coffee shops in the area. Go somewhere else.

I have been coming to this location for more that fifteen years. Sadly it has become taken over by people who change clothes in public, drug users, which limits the use of the only restroom they have available, people who sleep in their tables for hours, homeless bullies who force their way into your table, and … staff that can’t speak English to call the police when necessary.

Every time I go there, they have a hard time understanding my order. This Dunkin is the only place I've had problems with their employees. I gave them 3 chances and everytime they failed…also my order is so simple. ice latte.
