I have been coming to this location for more that fifteen years. Sadly it has become taken over by people who change clothes in public, drug users, which limits the use of the only restroom they have available, people who sleep in their tables for hours, homeless bullies who force their way into your table, and … staff that can’t speak English to call the police when necessary.

Every time I go there, they have a hard time understanding my order. This Dunkin is the only place I've had problems with their employees. I gave them 3 chances and everytime they failed…also my order is so simple. ice latte.

I had difficulty to place the order in person. I tried everything to pin point the item I wanted but I got to hear that I am confusing the staff. There was another customer who understood what I wanted and tried to order it for me, but did not succeed. At the end, I got whatever the staff wanted me to have and came out peacefully.
