I go here everyday. The people are great and all but to me since the upgrade to the tap, every iced coffee I've purchased been horrible!! Maybe it's the person who makes it but out of 5 days of coffee 3 would be trash, 1 - 2 would be decent & believe it or not I actually had to have them remake my coffee 3 times in a month. I'm to the point I'm just going to stop going here because I've been wasting $3.39 on coffee

I typically go to this dunkin 3-4 times a week &i never had an issue until today. I came in to order at roughly 2:50pm, Monday,11/27/2023. The lady there who was supposed to make my food. She put her gloves on and proceeded to make coffees and touched everything she can possible. She then grabbed a croissant that she was going to use to make my sandwich and started cleaning and washing the expresso cup in the sink. When she tried to bring the croissant to the sandwich station to cut, I told her that what she did was cross contamination and goes against Servsafe Regulations for food handling and she needs to throw the croissant away and to change her gloves. She took the croissant and threw it really hard in the trash and stared at me after she did it. Her demeanor was very rude and lacks professionalism in a workplace and disregarding the safety for people who is paying for food inside this establishment. I will be reaching out to management and as well servsafe to make sure the proper steps are taken to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Came in to get a drink at 7:30pm the guy told me I couldn’t get it because they were about to close and the machine was already turned off but the sign says they close at 9 how do you turn off a machine 1 hour and a half before

They have wirelessless, which is to say, no wi-fi. They have nowhere to put the coffee you have purchased when you are done with it, which is to say bathrooms. They have tables to sit at, which was nice. 6, I counted. so, it can have two stars, coffee and a table, It could not get better than this!It hit the spot to sit and read some things, but had to leave because I could not read more things, and had to go get rid of the coffee I had consumed. I do't think this review will stop anyone from going there, but, really? it was missing basic DD accoutrements.Oh, I would add that google has this as 209 N. Harvard St, and on it's map the pin is more accurate and correct. And, all but one of the photo's are clearly chosen by a college intern into social media. And, I cannot imagine how they are helpful to anyone except the intern.
This is my favorite Dunkin donuts to go to personally I usually get decaf and every single Dunkin donuts when I asked they say they don't have any brewed this location brew's a fresh pot every single time even if it seems I'm the only one drinking it.. and even though the bathrooms say out-of-order if you have to go they will let you. Very nice because I'm always on the road and it's hard to find a bathroom nowadays that is accessible to customers due to covid
