Like others have noted, the mobile ordering system means absolutely nothing here. Every visit is a performance in confusion. Iâve had to beg for a pre-paid donut like itâs some grand favor, and on my most recent visit, a grown man screamed in my face demanding to know what I meant by âchocolate.â (Guys, chocolate is a flavor. Weâre losing the plot.)
Please standardize your mobile pickup process and train the staff accordingly. At this point, itâs not just inefficientâitâs embarrassing. For everyone.

There was hair in my glazed donut the cashier was rude and was dum gave me a glazed vanilla donut instead of chocolate got my whole order wrong and gave me the wrong change whole place was filthy and stinky god donât waste ur time here

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkinâ location due to the behavior of one of the workers. The brown-skinned male employee, possibly of Indian background, was incredibly rude and disrespectful. It seemed like he treated everyone poorly, regardless of whether they were homeless or not. While I understand this area may deal with challenging situations, thatâs no excuse for treating paying customers or anyone else with such a lack of respect. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic courtesy, no matter their background or appearance. This individual clearly needs serious customer service training and, frankly, should not be working in a customer-facing role until he can demonstrate more professionalism

READ YOUR TICKETS. i order a coffee and donut ahead every morning, and every morning need to ask them to grab the donut. It ruins the whole point of ordering ahead. Figure it out maverick dunks!!!

If there was a lower rating or 0 stars I would give it to them, I ordered a half dozen donuts, 4 babarian cream and 2 filled with raspberries and they sent me whatever they wanted, I am allergic to chocolate and they didn't even ask what I wanted because they didn't have what I ordered, obviously oi didn't enjoy my donuts đ€
Went to this location and the customer service was terrible!! The person making the sandwiches was very rude and disrespectful when I asked her about my order and the other guy taking orders told her âyes thatâs how you threat the customersâ My order was all wrong and they would get mad at us for their mistakes. When I asked the guys about which donuts they have because I had trouble seeing them because of my medical condition he started laughing and just said âwhat you see here itâs what we haveâ. 0/0 Starts!!

I honestly donât know whatâs wrong with this store. They sell bagels with cream cheese but if you ask for them to put the cream cheese on the bagel they act like the bagels got aids. Here I am spreading a cold bagel with a plastic bending POS knife in my car.

I bought a hot chocolate and when I got home, it was just hot water that was a little brown and had no chocolate flavor. I'm very upset that this happened because it's a simple drink but it's the worst drink I've ever had. I paid $3.52 for it. It's not fair.
