I bought a hot chocolate and when I got home, it was just hot water that was a little brown and had no chocolate flavor. I'm very upset that this happened because it's a simple drink but it's the worst drink I've ever had. I paid $3.52 for it. It's not fair.

Love dunkins but the employees here are so rude and disrespectful. There’s one guy here who talks about what you order through the app in another language so you don’t understand him. He wears glasses and always has something to say whenever my girlfriend orders a drink. He needs to learn to just shut up and do his job.

The donuts have a zebra cake texture instead of a donut taste. I have been to many Dunkin’s this is by far the worst. Their customer service is nonexistent. They talk and answer with attitude. Never coming here again.

I am an old timer guy who lives in Jeffries Point and this Dunkin Donuts has been here for as long as I remember. Coffee is fine but they have gone down in service quality and atmosphere big time. Everytime I'm there there's someone yelling and asking for money and aggressive. At my age, I don't feel safe with how nothing is done to keep this safer. It feels like I'm being robbed.
