Staff, isn't that friendelete on multiple politicians? They've served me the wrong order. Thank you. They leave expresso out for a long period of time and it don't matter whether you have a small meeting here or a lodge that you just put whatever they want in your coffee for espresso. Today today it's over 85° and I asked for a little bit of sink water and they gave me water out of a metal cup that had spoons in it that they were stirring coffee I with. The walk the water was cloudy and he wanted me to give it to my dog

This is, without a doubt, the most baffling staff of any business I’ve ever been to. They don’t know how to read, or at the very least don’t care enough to do their jobs properly. If you want something made wrong, your items given to other customers, or things simply missing from your order, this is the spot.

I went at 7:00am they didn’t have anything in stock it was quite shocking! I’ve never been to a Dunkin’ with no donuts at 7 am on a Sunday. Everyone seem to be in a bad mood.

I ordered a pineapple mango today at 7:00am 10/4/24 and I paid with a card and it came out bad, ugly sap like a rotten orange, it never happened to me but I think the juice was not left in the fridge that's why I ruined them and lost my money. try before serving something, I couldn't go and exchange it since I was far away

The poor service does not make up for the renovations. There are several nice and polite employees, several passively aggressive but neutral and the rest are just rude. Waited on in an empty store for about five minutes with workers just running back and forth in an absolutely EMPTY shop, no greeting, not even an acknowledgment of any sort. We ended up just leaving

Food and drink are fine if you receive it at all.... It's wild the amount of times my door dash from this location has been missing items or it's completely the wrong item. It's a bummer because I feel like this location's drinks are typically made well.

This is by far one of the worst dunks.Filthy,staff is ignorant.They keep letting drunks,and druggie from the park to hang out,pass out in filthy bathrooms. It's had several massive drug overdoses in the bathrooms,and at least 2 died.It's the appl don't fall from the tree. The owners are as nasty as it gets. If you call a complaint to dunks corp,the store bans you.Let's hope Lombardo gets smart when th we lease is up,and give it to a Panera bread.

Today I bought ONE iced coffee, croissant sandwich bacon and egg and hash browns, despite being full because it was mid-day, they took the order very quickly. Seeing how they prepare it, they made it on top of the work table without any protector or in the same bag. It should be said that the egg, the bread touched the table and Lucia did not clean it, and when delivering the order, if they do not have time to indicate the name of the order, they should deliver a ticker with numbers as they do in other places.
