This is by far one of the worst dunks.Filthy,staff is ignorant.They keep letting drunks,and druggie from the park to hang out,pass out in filthy bathrooms. It's had several massive drug overdoses in the bathrooms,and at least 2 died.It's the appl don't fall from the tree. The owners are as nasty as it gets. If you call a complaint to dunks corp,the store bans you.Let's hope Lombardo gets smart when th we lease is up,and give it to a Panera bread.

This Dunkin is a good stop. They have definitely made some very good improvements over the last few months. Hired more staff to help with busy hours. The staff is very friendly and can recognize returning customers, (they have my coffee already made when I get to the counter.) Some extra training, taking food order, and food prep for the new hires would help, but overall, Very good.Parking: Parking along the street. Parking can fill up quickly depending on time of day and other local business operations. Be careful at Dunkin Delivery time. If you park out front the delivery truck could possibly block you in! (In the delivery drivers defense, they really have no other place to off load their deliveries at.)

You can't possibly be serious? She burned the toast scroched black and put it black on the inside so that we "wouldn't notice". All on a $6 sandwitch. Despicable. Complaining to corporate - this in not an error but an atrocious attempt at hiding it. And over what two pieces of bread?

This has to be the WORST dunkin I have ever had. I have been to dozens along the whole east coast and I vote this as the worst one. A bagel that was not edible due to being rock hard from toast in multiple times. So that was a waste of money thrown away. Service that was abysmal as she wasn't listening as I was ordering worrying about friends using the bathroom. A latte that was prob the worst one I've ever had from Dunkin. Literally was handed to me as white milk. And expensive. This place needs a fine tooth comb visit from corporate if that's how awful it will be.

This Dunkin location got renovated within the last year and it's so much better compared to before. They moved the order pickup counter closer to the door, making it much more convenient. Once in awhile they will get my order wrong like forget to include an item. Now I always check I have everything I ordered before leaving. The staff are friendly even when they are busy.

Ordered here and was good service got what I wanted and left. Always thinking about tipping but don’t have money to. Always remember to be kind no matter what. Even if they are rude to you give ‘em a killing with kindness.

Went here because i was in the area around 12:30ish (dont have a receipt). I ordered TWO maple bacon croissant sandwiches, a vanilla frosted donut, and a small iced coffee with extra cream and extra caramel. I had to repeat the order and even then when Monique went to grab my donut she goes "chocolate frosted, right?" And i correct her thinking whatever, ive done this job sometimes hearing the same thing all day you forget what you were just told. I get the donut and step aside to wait for the rest of my order and she comes to tell me that my payment didn't go through. The screen read processing to which i inform her and she pushes a button and it goes through. I was not given a receipt but went back to wait for my order. The woman on the cook station calls out the sandwich and i ask if it was two and she says no you were only charged for one. Monique asks if i wanted the other sandwhich to which I'm already getting frustrated now and say no but I'm still waiting for my coffee. She asks if it was a medium with cream and sugar right, i say no a small with 3 caramel 3 cream. She continues making the medium drink that is in her hand which i watched her put 3 and 3 in - which is the standard for a medium, and she goes to hand it to me. I tell her again it was supposed to be a medium to which she goes "i made a mistake, you dont still want it?" I say no i wanted a small. She looks at my 5 year old and goes "is it for him?" I tell her no it's for me. Then i proceed to watch her pour the coffee she had just handed me into a small cup. I wasnt even going to argue it anymore and just took the half assed coffee. How many times can you mess up one order? Why would i be ordering an iced coffee for my 5 YEAR OLD? Probably won't be back to this location.

went in there asking for hot decaf, guy smiled and said no sir we don't have it only cold. try to sell me hot regular saying is the same,whis is not, I get decaf because I can not drink regular coffee is not my choice first and last time I go there.

I always wonder why we Bostonians rate Dunkin' locations so low when we're obviously in love but I think it must just be the ornery Irish Catholic vibe we exude. Made a complicated drink order here during a busy, hot, summer morning and was greeted kindly, my four drinks with all their customizations appeared timely and perfect to the order. Don't give out bad vibes Boston.
