Dunks is not known for high quality food by any means. But this is my local dunks so I pop in for convenience at times. They consistently make terrible food. The bagels always seem days old. Pretty much stale and taste terrible. It’s crazy that they put this food out, worst dunks I have experienced to be honest.
Great people great hard work Brazilian people 👏
I ordered on the DD app like I normally do and have such a great experience. This is the first time I ordered from this location. The guy at the cash register was not friendly at all. I forgot to get a water with my order and he didn't even want to scan it I didn't it myself. I then asked about my online order he pointed to were the leave them but my order was just being brought from the back. I ordered a black pepper bacon sandwich and 2 hash browns. The sandwich seemed to be old and I was giving 2 pieces of bacon the bacon was hard and old. When I complained I was giving back the same sandwich reheated with 3 more bacons. I normally wouldn't even care to leave this but when I told the lady working that all other locations give a generous amount of bacon for that sandwich and not hard steal bacon she said for me to go there then. No napkins ketchup are left out. This location is in plan words CHEAP! If you want quality and quantity I suggest the DD on main Street in Charlestown. I do not recommend you spend you time or money at this location.
Excellent
Calm & nice staff
Turned the oven off way before 7 and the guy closing was extremely rude about me asking for a sandwich. Terrible customer service today at 6pm.

Speaking as someone who loves Dunkin Donuts; this was a painful experience. The main red flag was when I ordered my coffee and almost immediately he handed me one. It tasted like mud. This was a terrible experience

First and foremost there people inside are terrible people. It opens at 5 nope they open when they feal like it. Oh also they have nothing set up when they do open so youll have to another 30 mins. When they finnally get to you they have attitudes. I gave them two tries befor this 3 time now and I just had to say something. Ps the doughnuts are stale. I do not approve of the way they are representing the company. They need new employees quick.

I hope the owner sees this because the workers are great, just overworked! I’m here on Sunday morning and I only see one worker here doing EVERYTHING resulting in everyone waiting a long time for their order. As a result, food is rushed and doesn’t turn out good.
