Lady w hijab and glasses was yelling at another employee in front of everyone. Very disappointed since the young lady was just trying to help a customer. My ham and Swiss croissant was burned.

The lemonade small refresher mango pineapple drink says $3.29 on the menu, but then I was charged $4.05. I said to the lady working that this is mislabeling and misleading but she said the system says it’s $4.05 and can’t change it.

I asked her to relay to management and I doubted she would, hence this review

Lightening fast despite a long line. I was impressed by how quickly the team worked together and was getting orders out. Never seen a Dunkin operating so smoothly.

First time trying Dunkin', the wrap thing was pretty good, and so was the bagel. Unfortunately they were out of croissants.
I dont recommend the Frozen coffee, just get a coffee frappe at starbies. ??

Left to early to grab breakfast at the hotel. So, here we are at the airport alternative. Not the worst I suppose. The coffee was good, the Boston Cream Donut was just ok (you would think that they would rock this donut here), and the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese croissant was average at best. But, it is the airport so there's that.

They are so LAZY at this location they didn’t even finish making my breakfast sandwich. They didn’t even toast the bread. So disgusting. I wish I could get my money back. Save your money don’t order the sourdough breakfast sandwich!!

Sign says they open 60 minutes prior to the first flight. My flight leaves at 5:10am and the staff said they don't open until 5am. The two places across from them were open and serving coffee but had very long lines. Way to miss out on a large portion of customers that want coffee in the morning. Update your hours or don't have an attitude when someone asks what time you open after you're already late to opening.

Around 3:30am I ask the stuff a simple question what time they opened none answers and continue to ignore me.finally with a big attitude one of the stuff respond 5:00am.definitely recommend a better Sign with the opening hours and their stuff to realize that’s unfortunate they work at the airpor theirs will always have this type of question.need to work on customer service
