This Dunkin's outlet is located along a busy stretch of Washington Street amidst Downtown Crossing stores, government offices, and office skyscrapers. So count on it to be super busy in the mornings. This having been said, despite an onslaught of orders every time I've stopped by, the folks here are able to fulfill everything quickly, efficiently, and methodically. Kudos to them for doing a good job and holding down the fort.Otherwise, this is a typical Dunkin's as far as the bland coffee, sugary drinks, and empty-carb fast food are concerned. There isn't even any room for seating - it's standing room only at counters. So if you don't want to stand, you'll want to get your order to go and find an outdoors seat nearby. Mercifully, at the moment, Dunkin' Corporate hasn't filled this Yelp listing with inane, contrived, staged "action shots" and other stock photos that don't reflect this particular location.Pro tip: you don't need to shove your food and drink into the photo - or massage, fondle, or molest it - with your bare, moist, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails. You also don't need to call attention away from the food with pointless "action" shots. Keep all body parts, plaque-laced bite marks, and distracting backgrounds out of the photo. Went in 9/11/23 at about 10 in the morning. My husband ordered a mocha and the clerk was very rude and had an attitude saying she couldn’t just put mocha in the computer he had to order it differently. We don’t have a lot of Dunkin donuts by us so we don’t know the proper way to order, but she could have been patient and helped instead of being rude. We should have just left, and they didn’t toast the bread for the sourdough breakfast sandwich.

They took way too long for my food and I was in a hurry. I have had enough each time I was here they took forever even when there was no one in there. These workers are rude and have been pushing everyone around.

These guys start cleaning up like an hour and a half before closing - all they had was hot coffee because they cleaned everything else up.

I have had good experiences here, but most of the time the employees are extremely unprofessional; yelling at each other, complaining, and horrible customer service. Maybe it was just a bad day, but it was not busy at all in there. It took me 20 minutes to get a bagel.
