Employees were talking the hole time instead of making the sandwich while the place wasn’t busy.

They’re rude as hell in this location. Put in an order on the app to get in and out. If u order food they hide it behind the counter now. I stand there hoping someone will help me but they completely ignore u. When I do ask for the food they give me a disgusted look. Good forbid they do their jobs. Hire people with better personalities!

Very very bad service, waited for food orders for 30 minutes and decided to leave. WARNING: they won’t even make your food unless you come up to the counter and ask about it. Tried talking to them but they just ignored you completely.

Food took 20 minutes to make. 3 staff and no customers and only started making my order after I waited 10 minutes and they asked if I’m waiting for something. The computer had the order the whole time. Really bad service.

I came at 6:45pm, 15 min before closing time, but they didn’t accept my order they said: coffee machine is closed and too late for order croissant egg and cheese. If they work until 7:00pm why they can not accept customer orders until 7:00pm?

It's pretty sad at 7 am in the morning a big chain cant service someone with a 50 dollar bill. Like it's 20 20 no matter the circumstances always have change for the largest bill the united states produces. Then u won't have to turn away service.

The gentleman who works is really rude, rude and lazy. Luckily the girl is very kind. Too bad this person ruins the place

Overall, convenient and quick for locals, with a back/through exit and parking /shopping center anchored by a Whole Foods. Little bit beat-up, and inconvenient to have to get buzzed into the bathrooms, but serves its purpose.

I am a foodservice professional, and as a customer, this Dunkin once again delivered one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The staff does not talk to you. They ignore you, make you wait while they do their work with no sense of time or urgency. Then they get to our order wrong and are unapologetic about it. It’s as though they look down on their customers. This place survives only because of its great location and brand recognition. The staff could not to more to destroy the franchisee’s business through their poor attitude. Check out ANY other Dunkin and you’ll see a stark difference. Dunkin runs great businesses, but this franchisee is either completely oblivious, or totally incompetent. If someone else took this place over and cleaned out every employee, they could triple their sales with very little effort. Just treat customers like you appreciate their business. I couldn’t believe all of the other similar reviews I found like mine. It’s a very convenient location for me, but today’s experience was the last one for me and I won’t be back. There are lots of great Dunkin locations that I’ll travel to instead.

I recently had a deeply upsetting experience at Dunkin Donuts in Austin St. During my visit, a staff member - Young Lady with the hijab working in the afternoon shift used racially derogatory language towards my father and I was there to experience the insults from her including the N-word and insulting my father intelligence. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply hurtful, unacceptable and discriminatory - this is my father and he’s old enough to be anyone father and the employee would feel the same way, if someone disrespected a family member of theirs. I will be calling Dunkin’s cooperate Office and I would also like to share if possible get your Dunkin’s elsewhere, they are clearly unhappy to serve the general public and they like to discriminate too. I will not be coming back and that employee should resign and let other person who has a better personality take over. I also purchased coffee from them! Super upset and disappointed by the behavior.**Update**Upper management were apologetic and took the appropriate actions to rectify the situation. So, I’ll be increasing the rating a little higher for their efforts and concerns since I came here many times, it was an okay spot to be in & out. From my experience, It seems the morning shift employees are more friendlier than the afternoon ones. I would recommend mornings to come if you are trying to experience a better experience and at least higher ups listen and fix the problem and agreed with me. Please a reminder be nice to customers coming in, they spend their hard-earning money here and nobody should be subjected to rude behavior at all. It also seems like previous patrons had a similar experience as I did with this young employee. Respectfully, if the young woman simply doesn’t like her position, please tell her to reconsider her position and explore other opportunities - please give a chance for friendlier staff willing to provide friendlier service.

Sometimes you will encounter various similar requests from other customers, such as adding 8 and a half ice cubes to the coffee, asking for two cups to be filled with milk or caramel separately, or you may see that after paying for half a cup, you go back and ask for more. Full of heat, if you can accept it all and take the time to watch the drama. If you are an employee, learn to protect yourself with your legal rights, because if you are injured at work and do not receive work compensation in time, they will erase all responsibilities and make you bear the responsibility for things like excessive handling of overweight goods and falling in the store because a people spilled a drink on the floor. sequelae of collapse

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to… coffee just isn’t good here. I go to bunker hill so I stop in after I finish my class and the coffee never tastes good… other locations I have been to usually have decent coffee but I’m not sure what’s going on at this location.. the staff always look and act like they just smoked a huge blunt.
