Does this coffee look like a make of Cookie Butter Cold Brew to any of us who has ordered it on both online or right at the store?The Oriental Lady-Manager was having a quite high-tone of taking my order then grabbed the money straight off my hand, also later when she was just instead hand me, the Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich, she left it on the Grab-To-Go Counter-SectionI was telling her when she turned around that she didn’t make my coffee in the correct with its price, the Lady responses with no apology or even move her lips, so be careful to us all when you guys happen being have your orders making by herBut I believe the rest of the staffs, etc… did and do their best services, so who knowsThanks for listening and have a wonderful day, everyone

This DD is honestly a hit or miss (usually miss). The staff are usually nice, but they are pretty disorganized. Plus, there’s a high turnover so you’ll likely see someone new every couple months.If you go during a busy time, you could be waiting 15+ minutes for a coffee… plus it’ll probably be the wrong order that comes out for you. Only reason I find myself going back is because it’s conveniently located.

I'm not sure why my order is misunderstood 90% of the time but it is... I speak clearly and politely, i repeat my order just incase it wasn't understood the first time but consistently 4 out of the 5 mornings of the week the lady behind the counter gets it wrong... If I may also suggest as the line builds up asking the customers in line if anyone needs a sandwich rather then making them for just 1 customer at a time so the third and 4th customer in line doesn't have to wait a half hour to get their order in... It just helps move the line along little quicker.

I repeated my order at least twice. They got it all wrong and overcharged me for an extra coffee. Thank God I decided to check the donut I got for my kid, it was completely a different donut.

Stood at the counter waiting for service for a good 5 minutes while they make online orders and ignore the older people who actually have to come into the store. I'm so tired of these businesses who just totally disrespect and take for granted the older patrons. I spend at least $10 every day in dunkin stores but I'm not going to be spending it in this location again. Not that they care.
