I had a very bad experience at this place , there's an haitian lady her last name is Augustin I ask her for 4 splenda's she was so mean to me. she told me that she can't give me 4 splendas she only can give me 2 when she notices the I was asking for a manager she gave me the other 2's. The level of service was so low she's has been very rude she needs to learn how to smile and be nice to Customers.

It's definitely open 24/7 as of April 2024.Was here at 0315 in the morning and got coffee.Every terminal has one and the girl at the counter said they all operate different hours.But this one is definitely 24 hours and has standard coffee and dunks food.

Very disappointing that you pay almost 4 dollars for a coffee you tell them how want it and still get wrong . It seems like they don't pay attention. This is my fourth time buying the same item and they always give me the wrong coffee!!three people in the store and they take their time to help the customer is there a manager over seeing this location?

I work in Terminal E and this is my normal Dunkin. I love the employees there, but can't stand the layout of the restaurant because it gets busy and people waiting for their stuff don't know how to queue up so they all stand around in a disorganized mess. And no one says anything to them about it. The food and coffee is just like any other Dunkin so that's fine. Just the atmosphere is super meh. Service can stink at times because they get super busy, but unless there's a new employee on, you can't really get mad about it. Only so much anyone can do about that.

Everything is very good, but if I ask for a toasted avocado, the person in the kitchen doesn't put bacon on it. I ask him if he can put more and he just turns to look and does nothing.

Frozen coffee was all ice no coffee and almost white, meanwhile if I want ice for my water I need to pay $1 for a SMALL. Grilled cheese had barely any cheese and muffin was dry and overdone. I know not to expect much from dunkin but this one is next level bad. Not much choice to do anything different in this area of the airport.

The employees were screwing around, ran out of coffee and then spilled beans everywhere when they were rushing to make more. Ended up not even getting our drinks, literally 2 drip coffees, because it took so long that we had to leave and catch our bus. Pretty much had $6 stolen from us. If you're in terminal E, go somewhere else.
The iced coffee I got tasted was old and stale, so I asked for a new one which was as bad. The cashier didn’t really care when I complained about it.
