since the very first moment Bose started talking you could tell she wasn't having a good day but decided to ignore it.When she called me to get my order I noticed she gave me an extra drink and I told her, but she said my friend ordered it so I took it, by the time she realized she made a mistake she starts yelling at me asking me in the rudest way why I took the drink and asking for it back and I would have give it back but that's not the way you approach a mistake you made in the first place with your costumers. She was LOUD about it and blaming it in on us. So rude, so disrespectful, very awkward moment ..not a great way to start my day ? never coming back again.

My first time there and I was in there for 3 minutes at the most. The woman who was mopping and closed up the store tonight was really mean and her poor attitude made me regret buying anything from there. I will likely request an apology at some point, either way this review will do for now.

Stopped at this dunks because it was on my way and did order beforehand on the app. The mini bagels were ok. Took a bit of wait because the place was packed, and the staff seemed a bit too small to take care of everything properly. The toasting of the bagels was a nice touch, though. I parked in the parking lot to pick up my order because the drive-through was not available and ended up having a dint on my passenger door from an adjacent parked car. It was a rather of a windy day, and that driver was there, and when I looked, he acted like it didn't concern him. So, yeah, just a heads up, I guess!

Dunkins is going down hill, cant seem to find a location that gets your order right. I was literally the only customer in the store and employees got everything i ordered wrong from coffee, to type of muffin, to breakfest sandwich... very dissapointing

A woman that was fixing my toast had the bread on top of the counter with no cutting board on there, when I told her I did not want the bread she got an attitude, I was not rude or anything I just expressed how I felt she was very unprofessional.
