Placed an order and waited for 30 mins. They said come back to pick it up since they can't find my order. Rude staff. Very irresponsive. Never going back.
I need to talk about this incident. The manager who is an Indian person with glasses snatched aggressively my food from me (everything is on cameras). I ordered a free sandwich as well as a 6 dollar meal, the lady who took the order did it wrong and ended up charging me twice for my order (it’s okay everybody does mistakes). For this reason I requested a refund, the “manager” said they discounted one dollar and didn’t know how to make a simple addition or subtraction. His cooking staff assisted him. The lady who took the order respectfully told him several times that it was her mistake, he started yelling and interrupting people and being aggressive ( his staff had to stop him and intervene). After he issued the refund I asked for the rest of my order which the staff was willing to give me; however, he denied it and instead, because he issued the refund he aggressively snatched the food from me and his staff once again stopped him because he was just one step away of committing assault. What a terrible experience. A person who doesn’t understand English correctly (as he clearly showed and manifested), and who can’t to simple arithmetic operations cannot be at this kind of business. I understand now why they take 40-60 minutes to serve orders or even a simple coffee.

Manager is so rude to her employees is disgusting. It’s so early in the morning and she’s screaming her lungs out while they are trying their best. We were all so shook with the way that she talks to her customers and employees. She is an old lady with glasses.
The guy with the glasses i think he’s the supervisor, is rude and very unpleasant. Super slow and shouldn’t be the face of that specific store lacks customer service , Never thanks you , never says anything but when you complain he mumbles under his breathe what a joke. i want to say he’s asian with glasses trying to describe the best i can
Iced coffee came out extremely sour
Ordered a medium warm matcha latte, got the drink and it was only half full.

Wouldn't give me a cup of water. Asked for just the cup instead, but they still said they couldn't give it to me. Not that I had to pay for it, they just "couldn't give it to me". I just wanted a drink of water

I’ve been on this campus for 6 years now. This place has always been bad. It’s just Indian grad students who will always screw up your order or be SUPER late. Be prepared to wait 25 minutes for an egg sandwich and it still somehow be cold.If you can, go to an off campus site. The on-campus ones are just absolute garbage. On my last order. I got hashbrowns which come with 6 pieces. Apparently counting is difficult for these smooth brains as I only got 4.

The person working the counter was willing to offer business to a person asking even though they weren't officially open. Extremely kind.

The staff is not as good as other dunks
It's ok they're very slow, which can be mostly excused because they get very busy,but they're still slow when there aren't many people. Worst of all is some employees (not all, some are great) don't read the order number and just put orders down so either the whole crowd has to individually check or they won't know if their order is there
