I got the second largest burger on the menu. My experience was amazing and mike who handed us the burger gave me great life advise and i will be using the advise from now on. would recommend.
Eagle's Deli gave me regular fries instead of sweet potatoes by mistake and tried to charge me extra for it. When I brought it up, the server, John, said he couldn’t fix it because he’s not the owner. Only after I explained the situation did he agree to remove the charge. The mistake was theirs, but the poor handling of it made the experience frustrating.
Eagle Deli in Boston is a true delight for anyone seeking delicious, hearty fare in a cozy setting. This charming deli offers a fantastic selection of sandwiches, salads, and breakfast items that cater to a variety of tastes. The standout feature is definitely the fresh ingredients and generous portions that leave you feeling satisfied after every meal.
The staff at Eagle Deli are friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere that makes you feel like a valued customer. The service is quick, which is perfect for those on the go, yet there’s also a comfortable space to sit and enjoy your meal. Whether you’re stopping by for a classic pastrami sandwich or one of their tasty breakfast burritos, you won’t be disappointed.
Overall, Eagle Deli is a must-visit spot in Boston for anyone craving a delicious meal. Highly recommended for a casual bite that doesn’t compromise on quality!
Great service and food.
I ordered the tuna melt w fries and a couple sides of potatoes and onion rings. The food was ok. The cheese on the tuna melt was cold and not melted. It was also american instead of provolone. I asked for ketchup, salt, and silverware, but got no salt, no napkins, one fork, and 3 small packets of ketchup for all of the sides.

Food was decent but overpriced. Real issue is the way the staff treated me and some other guests. They were saving 70% of the tables for a large group that never showed up while I was there. So I ordered my food to go since there were no tables, they messed up and my food came out plated for eating on site. No problem, I wait for a table and then start eating. Still this large group has not arrived. Other guests are now waiting for tables. I get up with my food barely half finished to refill my drink, literally steps away from the table I am at. By the time I turnaround waiting guests have swarmed my table because my food had been bussed immediately with half my omelette still on the plate! Unbelievable. I was up for 15 seconds or less.

Great fries and shakes but everything else is meh and too expensive for the quality (they charge a full dollar for half filled dressing cups).

My latest addiction! I’ve eaten here 3x in the past week and I don’t think I’d tire of it if I had it every day for the rest of the year! It’s a little pricey though unfortunately so that won’t happen. It’s always full of people dining so it seems to be a local favorite!
