The attention is terrible, there are two ladies, one with red hair, one with black hair, who serve but no people!!! If not things.
Customer service is very valuable but this site has no idea about this, super bad, terrible service, they should demand customer service. We will not buy there again. Not Recommended.
Went there for the first time today. Ordered the Power Grain Bowl. Was disappointed.
While the size was substantial, it was largely made up of a bag of that brown rice and kinoa insta-rice bag that you put in the microwave for 60 seconds. The stuff you buy at costco. I have those bags at home and use them if I am too tired to cook or I have absolutely nothing left to eat.
So, paying $20 (including a small tip) for this “Power Grain” bowl was rather disappointing.
Sorry to say, I will not be going back.
The freshest and cheapest produce around.
I wish I could give it a 5 star, food is great but the attitude of the women that are employed here is horrible. They make you feel like they were giving me food for free and doing me a favor. If serving customers is not for you go and get a job that makes you happy. Owners don't hire people
That doesn't want to work!!!!!!
I loved this place. Last year ordered delicious sandwiches all the time. Eventually my friends began to order too. Last week I ordered twice and the chipotle chicken panini was awful. The first day I thought it was a one off but the second day it was the same. What happened? Did you change hands? Get a new chef? Both times I ordered the sandwiches were soggy, tasted terrible and just not the same. The food is expensive but it was always well worth it. Not anymore. Goodbye East Boston Farm Stand.
Amazing breakfast sandwiches!!! Highly recommend.
Yesterday I bought a fruit salad in this place and it was delicious, I really liked it, and as for the service, it was given to me by a girl with green eyes, she was super gentle and made it to my liking. Super recommended.
Very bad service, the product was just ice and it was simple, when I asked her to add a little honey, the employee got angry and charged me for the honey. How bad the product and the attention of this place
Horrible, the service was terrible, the asai was frozen and when I told the girl that it was very frozen and simple, she charged me again for putting honey in it…. The asai had 3 strawberries, this was the easiest way to lose my money and get bad treatment…. It should be noted that I am pregnant and eating asai was my craving.
Very soft

Is this actually an acai? This is a bowl full of ice with granola for 16 dollars, apart from the poor attention of the girls as if the customer was begging, the three strawberries that came were completely thrown into the trash, it is definitely disgusting and a mistake of respect. I don't recommend this place for anything in the world.
First time been here with my family, açaí bowls are ok not the best but still good. I give one star BC of the poor costumer service, both of the employees who helped us were somewhat rude, not cool at all.
Nice place
I love the food in this place but the customer service is horrible, I kept going cuz I like the product but I can’t stand to long their attitude and I won’t come back .
All the desserts are very good, I am happy to make them provodo, but the bad thing is that the person who serves you, even at the checkout, is very rude and has no kindness at all.
