Food was great, you can see the kitchen from the dining room. Guys inside working hard. Sadly our server either had too much on his hands or he had Alzheimer. He constantly forget to come back and check on us. 20 mins waiting for a beer, about 45 mins between salad and main course. Other than that it was a great Thanksgiving with family, but I am focusing on providing good feedback to the restaurant service.
Juan and Benjamin were wonderful and all of the staff worked together to meet the needs of the guests. I love the ambience and the high quality everything!!
Artemis was a wonderful server very attentive and paid attention to the details and super friendly gave good recommendations for attractions in the boston area. Thank you for giving us a great first time at eddie merlots it was a pleasure.

They literally ran out of turkey last thanksgiving, ruined the day. Food was subpar… skip this one!

Service at the bar was not very good. Bartender paid very little attention to us. Took a long time to get our order in, we needed to ask for plates for our appetizers, and refills of our drinks. Food was decent, but it took a long time. Overall, many other places in the Seaport that offer an incredible experience at same price point.
Heard great things about this place, service was good but we must've went there at a bad night as the food was not good. our steaks were terribly undercooked
Serves just above chain level steaks and sides. Just doesn't compare to Del Frisco's or better steak houses. It's not bad by any means, just not comparable given the price ranges are similar..

The food here was absolutely delicious, the only reason for a 4 star rating is my soup was forgotten, and another table’s item was accidentally added to my check (they did fix it). The espresso martini was top tier.

My go to steakhouse in boston!
Awful service at the bar. Server could not be bothered to be attentive, left dirty dishes in front of me for over an hour despite how empty it was. Food could have been from Longhorn or Outback and I wouldn't have known the difference. Terrible place and experience.

This was everything we had hoped it would be. Service was top notch. Atmosphere was elegant but not stuffy. Some customers had on nice jeans and nice shirts and still fit in. I'd say no baseball caps or sweatshirts, they might not even allow it but definitely dress nicer than not. We started with 1/2 dozen raw oysters and martini's. The warm bread they serve is so good. For dinner we had filet mignon, shrimp, crab topping and filet mignon and seafood medley. Filet Mignon was good to perfection, as was the seafood. Definitely would go again if we make it back to Boston.
Excellent tenderloin.

Absolutely horrible experience. When you're the only two people in a restaurant, you expect good fresh food and attentive service. Not the case here.
We ordered French dips and fries. The meat was gristly, flavorless...the sandwich allegedly had cheese and caramelized onions but mine truly had neither. Or at least it appeared to have neither.
We had to flag down our server to get water, horseradish, etc even though no one else was in there.
I'm totally confused as to how this place rated so high.
If you aren't going to give quality food and service during all hours that you're open, then don't be open.
