Picked up my order I placed through door dash, when I arrived at the counter to ask for my order she asked the name I said “Patricia” she said Marlene I said no, she said let me see the app, showed her the order was ready for pick up, she said Marlene I said no, she hands me the bag I look… Marlene.. I said no not Marlene she snatches the bag back and I said my name is PATRICIA, she gives me an attitude an says Patricia in Spanish, I then say it exactly how she said it then again in the English way (I don’t speak Spanish) when I told her Patricia and the Spanish way to say Patricia was the same she corrected me like I was wrong an then gave me an attitude and I said I told you my name FIVE times. Extremely rude I won’t go back there. To top it off the food was a solid 4 her attitude pissed me off and left a bad taste in my mouth so I take it back I’d give it a 2.

The food was great but this one worker was very rude couldn’t even cut the burrito for me the atmosphere was ok very weird employees but I would recommend the food but the workers are rude

Never had an issue with the food but the customer service at this location is just about nonexistent. My bf and I came in for food one night and when he asked one of the workers for extra sauce she put maybe 1 second more of sauce for a burrito. I mentioned I would also like extra sauce and with a dead stare she said that will cost extra. We passed because if it was anything like the “extra” he got it’s not worth the money. Another time, when picking up food, the worker quickly grew exasperated with us trying to understand us even though we remained patient and tried several different ways to explain what we came for. I don’t care if you don’t speak English but please have a little patience. Language barriers aren’t the main issue, it’s the attitudes towards it and anyone who doesn’t speak Spanish. I’ve not had this experience at other locations.

They charge $7 extra for extra toppings and don’t state this anywhere. I argued this and they just kept repeating “if you get extra, you pay extra”, and didn’t even try to show me on a menu where they state that. They don’t.

The food was magnificent. The queso was superb, the burrito I had was excellent and the bowl we got was as extraordinary. The churros and empanadas were both excellent and very savory and with all that said we spend $76 and we got;

-(they have a combo meal and we tried to reiterate that we were trying to make one but got charged for individual meals anyways.

Music was a bit too loud and the seating could use a bit of love. All around I’d give this place a 4.4/5, only being tanked by atmosphere.They are open late which was awesome after our concert at Fenway which brings the appeal up more.
