I ordered a DoorDash and waited an hour.
I called the restaurant at the request of the driver who waited 40 minutes to receive it and the woman who answered as if she was coming out of a deep sleep basically didn’t seem to care when I asked if I should just cancel the order. She goes “if you want to.” Like she didn’t give a hoot if they sold me food or not. Then she goes “or if you want I can check on the order “
I think common sense hit her and she “checked” two seconds later the DoorDash app said my food was in the way. Eff this place. Colombian restaurant are a dime a dozen here.
Good luck staying in business with that attitude.

Staying at the Hilton Garden: eat overpriced ordinary hotel food? Nah! Walk half a mile to this plain and simple joint and have a great shrimp quesadilla and a couple of Coronas for less than $30 with a reggaeton soundtrack.

I had the worst experience with their online website. I ordered through the restaurant website, but it never showed that it was closed. I walked to the restaurant, and they told me the kitchen had been closed since 9:30 p.m. I ordered at 9:50 p.m., but it never said they were closed online. Everything was very good but they already charged you 18% on the account and took the “itemized receipt” to avoid being reviewed by the customer, then they charge you that additional 2% in a CUST SERV FEE on the next ticket when they pass you The card doesn't make sense, the fact is that they don't tell you and an honest waiter should let you know, the food was very good and traditional.

In my case I always tip more than 20% but when they try to take advantage or be dishonest they don't even deserve 5%

As always, it is our tradition to visit a restaurant that serves the typical dishes of our homeland, and the cousins ​​took us to the Colombian inn.
At our request they helped us televise a soccer game that we wanted to see and from the moment we arrived the waitress was attentive at all times.
It is worth noting that there are restaurants or places where they are not very flexible to customer requests but this was not the case here.
I wanted patacones with shredded chicken, soup, rice and potato salad accompanied with blackberry juice and they prepared it for me without any problem.
My wife is somewhat demanding when it comes to ordering and ordered a roast beef with tripe soup, passion fruit juice and beans. The juice at first was a little too sugary, the observation was made and they changed it without any problem.
A little later the atmosphere for Sunday was already becoming festive and since we had to travel, we left. But the atmosphere is quality!

I used to do there for getting a food and the waitress (around 50 years old) wasn’t really kindly, her face look really upset, she didn’t deserve a Tip. On La Fonda Website Menu you can find cheaper plates prices, but when you order and go to pay es more expensive than website Menu, some Menus on tables are manipulated with pencil.
