We really enjoyed the atmosphere, they were able to seat our group of 10 with reservations. The salmon was delicious, but the portion was on the smaller side. The fish sandwich with clam chowder was a big hit. The fish and chips was great. The burger was good. Would definitely come back again!

First time in Boston (Visiting from Annapolis MD) and I had found Emmets when looking for Irish food, 10/10 did not disappoint, I ordered the curry fired with bacon and the steak tips with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables (carrots and broccoli) it was all SO good and despite it being way more of a bar scene than what I’m used to for 5-6pm the bartenders/servers were doing amazing!! Specially Jason and Bri. Definitely will be coming back the next time I can make the 6-9h drive🤣

location and atmosphere are very vibrant and fun - they’re even open super late til 2a. However The food is surprisingly underwhelming given the rates I saw online, we got the Irish trio dishes (3/5), curry fries (2/5) and clam chowder (4/5). Might come here again for the beers or Irish coffee but probably not so much the food.

Great food...we were at the opening, so the service was still coming up to speed. The servers were very friendly. The corned beef hash was delicious and unique. The Irish Breakfast were very good too.

Could easily mistake their shepherd's pie to be vegetarian, I could not find a shred of meat there, extremely disappointing and can't be considered as a dish. Other than that the plane looks nice, but I would not dine here

Really fun Irish pub! The food was good, the beer choices perfect and a lovely Irish band was playing.
We absolutely loved our visit to Emmet’s Irish Restaurant! I got the Beef & Guinness Pie and my husband had the Fish & Chips — both were amazing! The pie was rich and comforting, and the fish was perfectly crispy and flavorful. There was live music playing, which made the atmosphere so fun and cozy. We came here before going to see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, and it honestly couldn’t have been a more perfect start to the night. Highly recommend! 🍀✨

I am not new to emmets and have been several times but this is the first time I've been told that there's only 1 h for the table the second I sat down. When we ordered drinks, when we ordered food and so on. At least 5 times. Frankly I found it really off putting and it spoiled what would otherwise have been a nice intro to an evening. I don't know what was going on. This has never happened before. I had a reservation and was on time.

What a great place for an evening of good food and drinks and wonderful service. Had a group of ten and had nothing but smiles with the service. Drinks knocked it out the park and never went thirsty. Had the Taste of Ireland very good and super filling. Ran out of space but wanted the Berry Crumble. Next time for sure. Don’t miss out.

The food and service were excellent. We enjoyed the comfort food (chicken pot pie) on a cold night. The cooks also do a nice job on salmon and steak tips. The service was prompt and not over bearing. However, the noise level on a Thursday evening was such that it was difficult to carry on a conversation. Suggest going earlier in the evening.
