Racist. I went there once and didn’t read a sign correctly and the lady scolded me and compared me to a teenager and was very rude. Arrogant people.

Walked in was people preparing food I asked are you open the place was empty they looked at each other and said no
What a horrific experience. I walked in only expecting a coffee. The boss came out on his phone and it took an entire five minutes to get someone to make a coffee for me. They did not have any coffee prepared and it took another fifteen minutes to make it while the worker flipped through a magazine. Then she just left and I had to shout into the kitchen several times to get someone to help me pay - everyone just stood and looked at me without moving. Then a very cross person came out, very unfriendly and angry and sullenly checked my coffee out. This is NOT the experience or service I was expecting to get. I cannot believe the neglect and carelessness of the people who run this business and their lack of attentiveness to customers. As someone who has had a lot of experience working in the customer service industry, I can attest that this was very unprofessional and unacceptable. I should have just walked out on them. Paying that money was a waste and it didn't even taste good.
