Probably my favorite bagels in Boston, but can be a pain to order/pickup. Reviews about long waits are right. Even if you preorder, you have to wait in a long pickup line. Worth the wait, if you're not in a hurry

Great bagels and sandwiches, but not worth waiting 30+ minutes for a bagel toasted with cream cheese that somehow is already cold when you get it.

This place has become my go-to Bagel spot in the Boston area. I love the way their bagels come out with some chew to them, but plenty moist. Additionally, they are very generous when it comes to their sandwiches. I get a breakfast bagel sandwich from them and the protein is always in good portions.

A tip for first-timers, if using butter in your sandwich or spread, sub it out with the garlic butter. You won't regret it!

Go for: Some of the best, maybe THE best bagels in Boston, and friendly service with a smile.

Avoid if: You're feeling impatient, because the line gets going the minute they open.

Something surprising: This is their original production facility, so there's no seating (you can order ahead and pick up). No-nonsense.

Reservation needed? No, you order and take away from the windows. It's in a quiet alleyway, so you can just hang out in the street. Street parking is fairly easy in the early morning when they open.

Overall . Their bagels are hearty, chewy, and flaky all in one (and in the best way possible). Get a dozen substantial and delicious-looking bagels, and a buttery egg and cheese sandwich that's so good that you'll immediately want another one.

I don’t leave reviews but this was probably one of the worse experiences my partner and I have ever had. We came and my partner ordered the bagels at the window. There was literally nobody around so what they were busy with, I don’t know. There were many people working as well. We kept waiting and waiting and did not receive our order till over an hour later when she finally when up to the window and stated that she needed the order now because we were leaving. We got the bagels and they were supposed to be toasted. They were ice cold and hard. I don’t understand how this is possible unless they made portions of the bagel way earlier? But if the parts of the bagels are ready then why would you not just make the bagels then and there and get them out? I don’t think I will ever be coming back honestly.

I’m confident in saying these are the best bagels in Massachusetts. The chew is the exact, authentic feel to how a legit NY/NJ style bagel is made. It’s best to order ahead of time and pick up. Also, parking is tough so be on the lookout for open spots before you get to their street.

I ended up paying $14.80 for a bacon, egg and cheese bagel with tomato and greens. ?

Let's talk about the 13% administrative fee. What does it go to? Is it a tip? Water & sewer? Equipment on which the bagels are made? Assuming the 13% fee goes towards tips, why don't you just change the prices of the food to reflect that amount. This way we know the actual cost upfront. Instead, when I get the bill, I see that you are charging 13% extra, so the staff can make a working wage. I don't mind tipping, but adding it into the bill as an administrative fee feels like some ultra woke BS. Here is your bagel with a side of guilt. How about you just pay your staff from the cost of the food and leave me out of making sure your staff makes enough money. If the staff isn't paid well enough, I'm pretty sure they won't be working there for long. You're the employer, not me. You chose to hire them, not me.

Love to food, but this feels sneaky and dishonest.
