The people are extremely friendly, the food is quite good, and the service is attentive and prompt. I was quite excited about this restaurant and location and the authentic food. However, I have to give a much lower rating because twice while dining inside, a mouse was running through the restaurant. The first incident was spotted by a friend who I was hosting, the second time, I personally witnessed it - these were on two separate occasions. There were also mouse drippings on the counter of the bar, which was quite alarming and disturbing. I spoke to a staff member about it and they apologized and cleaned the bar, and mentioned they were working on the 'issue'. They were clearly aware of the rodent issue, and it was concerning that these mice were very visible. As much as I once enjoyed the food, unfortunately, I have not returned to the establishment. While I know pests are a common issue in Boston, I have never seen them in a facility while dining.
Delicious authentic Lebanese food catering. My guests loved the food, and the communication was great. Basem took care of every request. Highly recommend to everyone!

7+ years of ordering from Fairouz and have never got a sub-par or even mediocre plate. Immaculately clean, tastes you couldn’t recreate if you tried, and excellent ownership/management. Can’t say a bad thing, the food exceeds expectation everytime which is so rare. Fairouz deserves all the praise it gets, times ten.
Great shawarma, tawouk sandwiches, and Lebanese sandwiches. Highly recommend it, especially the chicken shawarma. 9/10
