Manager started yelling at me and would not honor the ubereats order i placed with them.
They have a ton of virtual/ghost brands on ubereats/doordash but seems like the employees dont understand that concept or they were trying to commit some kind of fraud.
Dont order them on the food delivery apps. I had my 3 year old daughter with me and this guys started yelling at me due to his own ignorance. I previously had written a 5 star review for them on multiple platforms...

Anyone who doesn’t like this place might be hollow inside….this place is great. Food is good, portions are plentiful, and the value is amazing. You’ll always get a smile as you get handed a falafel so that’s 2 treats!

They were so kind!!!!! They honestly made my whole day, i was trying to find somewhere around downtown crossing to eat during the rush hours of 12-1 and everywhere had long waits so i decided to come here and try and i will be back 1000x simply because they are so kind and the food is DELISHHH and the service was so quick even with people being in there! i got the lamb plate and a falafel and hummus tooo good. God bless this establishment!!

Best falafel in the city! It's a nice bonus that they give you a piece of fresh falafel to eat while you're standing in line. I've been going since they were a small stand in a food alley years ago and the food has been consistently delicious since those days.

Good food but poor customer service. Every time I ask for extra garlic sauce they trick me by giving tahini sauce. When a customer asks for garlic sauce give them the damn sauce, what’s the bid deal about it!
I was a regular customer, I will probably never return. There are a ton of options around the place.
