Used to love this place but haven't been since the pandemic. It's really gone down hill. Brought some out of town visitors and noone enjoyed the order. The beef and lamb combo was dry and leathery as was the pita bread. The falafel and hummus were decent. Was a bit embarrassed with my guests after raving about it to them. What a disappointment. Definitely won't go back.

Absolutely incredible! Falafel King lives up to its name — the falafel is perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful inside. The shawarma is juicy, well-seasoned, and packed with authentic Middle Eastern flavor. Portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable, especially for downtown Boston. Great value for such high-quality food. Quick service, too. This place is a gem!

Great vegetarian options as you would expect. Service was awesome. I got the falafel, hummus, tabbouleh wrap and absolutely loved it! Great flavor! Would come again easily!
