Falafel roll up is amazing! Crispy falafel and fresh veggies, nothing could be better. Also shout-out to the guys working the counter who roll it tight and perfect every time, they have true talent.

Tremont location closed for good, space for rent signs covered the windows. I will miss the location as it was the closest to my office. The downtown crossing location is still open. Delicious as always!

Clean, new restaurant. Helpful staff. Delicious, free sample falafel with humus while you await your order.Eat in or take-out.Generous portions. We had a big lunch earlier so we shared a King special for dinner.A perfect, filling meal before a performance at any of the nearby theaters.Reasonable meal prices. We look forward to our next visit to this restaurant.

The food is good but the 5 stars are for the service. Everyone who works here is incredibly friendly, generous, and happy to help. I only had phone payment on me - which they could not accept - but the guy still gave me the food and said I could pay whenever, no sweat. Really rare and at a fast casual restaurant.

Walked in people greet me right away. They are so nice there. Menu has lots of options. Food was delicious fresh and fast. Place is very clean. I got a falafel wrap it was so good. I got lentil soup it was good too. I've been here twice and I will keep coming back because they do a great job.

Great restaurant with plenty of seating. Fast and friendly service. Delicious and savory food at very reasonable prices. We ordered the falafel salad plate and the chicken shawarma. Fresh, cute and clean interior. It was my first time here and I will definitely be back.

Great downtown lunch spot! Service is quick and friendly and the quality of the food is good. I am very pleased that they have upgraded to eco-friendly containers!

Seriously one of the BEST restaurants I ever been to. Very nice staff, clean restaurant. The food is delicious and they give you free falafel before you order! It's also a convenient location right across from Boston Common! I have the chicken kabobs plate with an extra piece of falafel. It's a must everytime I'm in Boston!

This is not only the best Falafel in Boston, I would rate it on par with the ones I had in Jordan at Hashim's (a place where the King of Jordan also eats!) I stopped by on a visit to Boston Common and came back two more times during the same week! The ingredients are fresh - the falafels, hummus, the veggies in their salad, the chicken skewers. The food is flavorful and portions are generous. I highly recommend this place for quick middle eastern fare.

Not impressed with this location. Falafel was dry and had no taste to it. Soggy salad. Hummus was ok. The rice was the best part. Store is super clean though.

Everything was going well initially. One of the guys behind the counter offered me & my friend each one falafel to try, even though we didn't ask, which we appreciated. My friend ordered a falafel plate and I got a chicken kabob plate. The kabob plate was pretty good. My only complaints - the chicken was slightly on the dry side and the salad dressing was a bit bland. My friend's plate was disappointing though - only two falafels on a falafel plate - what's up with that?? Prices are reasonable but I would have paid a little more if it meant the above issues would be addressed.
