Best bagel sandwich in this area. Fresh beans/ grounds are really good and reasonable price too

They do their best with what they got! It is a beautiful set up, with phenomenal coffee & food but definitely a little to compact to accommodate how insanely popular they are which is something not within their control. I blame the 50 northeastern kids that camp out in there everyday.
Had breakfast on a Monday morning with my better half during a visit to the area.
Decent sandwiches and coffee. Place was crowded and we sat on the patio.

You can order online in advance and still it won’t be ready. 25 min is not enough time to make iced coffee?

I got the Banana Bread Latte and a Breakfast Burrito and I can’t explain how amazing both of these were!! The latte genuinely tasted like I was drinking banana bread which was so incredible to me and the burrito tasted fresh and homemade with a good portion. Everything is reasonably priced for the area. This place gets packed during peak hours so finding a spot inside can be tricky but there’s also outside seating. I can see why it’s so popular. Such a great find ☺️

In a city of poorly-lit cafes that are almost always too cold, with chairs that resemble those in an under-funded preschool, staff with the customer service skills of the children at said under-funded preschool, and a collection of about twelve horrible indie covers that play on repeat at an unrepentant volume, Farmers Horse is nothing less than an oasis. If you can make it past the gauntlet of socially oblivious (but very trendily dressed) undergraduates and pushy delivery drivers that constantly crowd the entrance and waiting area, you will be in for a real treat. It’s worth it to wait for a table inside or outside and enjoy the warmly-decorated atmosphere and always on-point playlist. The food and drinks, while generally pricey, are delicious and well-portioned. I can’t speak for the coffee, but the white peach iced tea is nectar on a hot summer day. The chicken pesto sandwich is genuine perfection, the bread a perfect balance of warm, crusty, and soft on the inside. If you gave me a choice between an eternity in heaven, or hell with their lemon poppy seed scones, I would choose to burn in gluttonous bliss with no hesitation. Once I had the privilege of trying one fresh and warm from the oven, the lemon icing slightly melted, and my loyalty to Farmers Horse was cemented forever.
Not ideal for studying as it is often loud and the wifi isn’t fantastic, but I have unlimited data and a personal hotspot so it works for me.

This is one of the coolest spots in Boston. Their food is absolutely amazing and delicious. Their sandwiches are always perfect. I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is friendly and the food is absolutely amazing. I can’t believe this place is actually real. Definitely check these guys out and if you ever run into the owner, they’re really really nice people. They’re the kind of people you don’t mind giving your business to.

it’s a busy spot just for fair warning. it was good but nothing mind blowing just simple food, simple coffee. drinks came out quick but food was slower (can’t complain bc again it was busy. there’s limited seating as well. it would be a nice spot to study if it was less crowded; i’d say this is more of a grab and go spot for convenience! still had a great experience and the decor was cute and rustic :) def check it out!
