Feno's Pizza and Roast Beef

Ignore the owners, coworkers & their adjacent businesses reviews & do NOT order from here! I initially ordered here last week & every aspect of that ordeal was ignorant. Essentially they are a ghost restaurant that operates within a back room inside of another building & legitimate restaurant…they’re quite literally a front, one which operates illegally & without a license, without standards or inspections or any vendors or work ethic, let alone other conducive concepts. They prey on students, tourists & the late night crowd since Boston is limited to late night food options. Moreover their “store” refuses to accept or even acknowledge their errors whether it’s directly by pickup, delivery or through Uber eats, I’ve communicated & expressed this to their staff & managers 4 to 5 times this last week & half & each & every time they’ve laughed in person or over the phone while refusing to correct their errors in regards to random charges via card or cash, egregious surcharges, non delivery & immensely ignorant portions the 2 out of 5 times within the last 2 weeks I’ve ordered “food” from their “business”. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS & not a legitimate or legal business! I’ve been charged over 1800 dollars for in the last week & a half by them for using their online delivery option for delivery in addition to being ripped off from placing multiple orders for pickup & paying with card. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Stumbled across this spot late at night at Ubereats. The steak tip subs were awesome. They were the best ones I've had, so far. My neighbor, that I order for as well, said she loves them the best out the numerous places we've ordered. The cheesecake tasted great, i just don't care much for the slice sizes all the restaurants offer nowadays. I highly recommend the steak tip subs. I can't comment on anything else, because was first time eating from here.

Ordered the small barbecue chicken pizza off UberEats and it was subpar at best. My main issue is the sizing and price, beginning with the size it is listed as a small though this pizza is clearly a personal size pizza. If I had known that, I definitely wouldn’t have paid $16! for one pizza. The whole time while eating this I just wished I ordered from Dominos instead who has better pizza for a much lower price.

I ordered pizza and wings……the wings were not cleaned. I’m not eating these. How disappointing for how much this food cost and I was so excited. It’s not that hard to clean wings and if you aren’t capable of it, don’t sell them. I put the wings on my plate and just stared at them. After that I threw them away. Waste of money.

The pizza is fine… but $17 for three slices is more than I’ve ever paid for 3 slices.BBQ chicken $6, Buffalo Chicken $6, and $5 for pepperoni?Yeah, I mean, I dunno. That’s way too much money. Also, they don’t put the prices per slice up. It’s a small thing, but if you’re gonna charge that much… I dunno, list the price maybe?Also, the two other restaurants on this block don’t exist. So if you’re looking for the other pizza place or the panini spot, like I was, they ain’t there.

They need to close this place down they gave me pizza a couple of nights ago and then taking about the manger called my phone serval times that’s a lie because I’m waiting for two hrs for me to call and for them to tell me they don’t order out here CLOSE IT DOWN!!

Trash food and cold when it finally got here 30 mins after “latest” arrival time. Offered 10% off the next order but will never order from again.

I called the number and it's not Feno's. Its Alexandria Pizza. ??‍♂️

Great pizza!

Don't do it to yourself.Everything looks good til you watch how people handling your food don't where gloves during preparation.Also couldn't help to notice a woman making pizza boxes had this cough going on who also wore no mask so I will take a pass on this place.No and thanks.

Possibly the most bland pizza I ever had. The steak topping tasted like hamburger helper. Still good if you need food late at night though

If you order food late Sunday night/ early Monday morning, avoid Feno's. The driver via Grubhub, has an issue with contactless delivery. It is a real issue for him to leave it on the lobby front desk. Every other delivery driver has no issue, it's just him. Eventually he will purposely deliver at the wrong address to make you go outside and walk, even if it's a block away.I appreciate the hours of availability, but I can no longer order food, especially on the aforementioned day and time. The intentional disrespect from that individual did it for me.
