I love how customizable the sandwiches are here. You can really make it exactly how you want, which is why my boyfriend and I come every Saturday morning to grab breakfast before starting our day.

The only thing is… definitely double check your order. They almost always miss something. I understand they can be busy, but if you’re paying for extras, they should be included. A few times our sandwiches weren’t toasted enough even when we asked for double toasted, or they came out burned. I’ve also paid for extra eggs multiple times, even up to three eggs, and every single time I still only get one. It’s frustrating to keep paying for add-ons that don’t show up.

What makes it harder is that we usually do pickup, so going back to say something isn’t easy. And honestly, it feels unnecessary to open up the sandwich right there and make a mess just to check if the order was done right.

Overall it’s a good spot with tasty food and great customization, but the consistency and attention to orders, especially when customers are paying for extras, really needs improvement.

Bagels are cheap and good in a pinch but definitely store bought. Also service is quick but also slightly rude. Not expecting stellar service at 8am but also don’t be a jerk

Here’s the deal. Bagels are IT. They are so so good. Your bagels taste like they are from the grocery store, or Costco. Are they?? Do you make them fresh? Please please for the love of god try a new recipe. Go try a bagel at a specialty bagel shop and compare it to yours to see what you’re missing. You’re so close to my office but your bagel is just so mid, but you have serious potential. Please listen.

Terrible experience they always get my order wrong. The workers act like it’s your fault they are working and they take forever to make the food

I visited this bagel place for the first time *and it will be the last time* and ordered a hot tea with lemon. The staff took my order without mentioning that they didn’t have fresh lemon. When I received the tea and noticed there was no lemon, I politely asked about it and was told they didn’t have any. I then noticed they offered lemon-flavored tea bags and asked if I could switch to that instead. The employee refused and said I would need to pay again, even though the misunderstanding was never clarified at the time of ordering.

When I asked to speak with a manager, she told me she was the manager and still refused to correct the order. I found the interaction very disappointing—especially for a manager—since a simple explanation or gesture of understanding could have easily resolved the situation. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression and made me feel that customer satisfaction is not a priority here.

I was very happy with my breakfast and coffee, very tasty and good value. I had the scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, and a cinnamon and raisin bagel with cream cheese.

The lady that served me was friendly, and the upstairs seating area was good.

Amazing service amazing food. The bagels are the most perfect soft yet slightly toasted. The bagels are perfection. The garden scallion cream cheese is amazing. Also the service here is fantastic. Everyone has a smile and your order is literally done as soon as you pay. It’s insanely fast.

Service is fast and efficient! Bagels are not too big and they taste good. Cream cheese is good. My son ate the whole bacon, egg, and cheddar on a plain toasted bagel and said it was good. He also ate a whole cinnamon raisen bagel with cream cheese, also good. I really liked my everything bagel with cream cheese bc it was not too garlic-y for breakfast.

This place is run down and gross. The food is overpriced and poor quality. Do better.

Friendly staff, decent bagel, but the upstairs eating area could have been cleaner. $13.95 for a salmon and cream cheese bagel, tiny portion of salmon so was more cream cheese.
