Terrible experience they always get my order wrong. The workers act like it’s your fault they are working and they take forever to make the food

I visited this bagel place for the first time *and it will be the last time* and ordered a hot tea with lemon. The staff took my order without mentioning that they didn’t have fresh lemon. When I received the tea and noticed there was no lemon, I politely asked about it and was told they didn’t have any. I then noticed they offered lemon-flavored tea bags and asked if I could switch to that instead. The employee refused and said I would need to pay again, even though the misunderstanding was never clarified at the time of ordering.
When I asked to speak with a manager, she told me she was the manager and still refused to correct the order. I found the interaction very disappointing—especially for a manager—since a simple explanation or gesture of understanding could have easily resolved the situation. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression and made me feel that customer satisfaction is not a priority here.
There was hair in their bagel. Very dirty store

Glass in my food.
Glass…..in my food. Chipped a tooth.
Would have done or said something but was from out of town and in a hurry to catch a flight.
Glass…..in my food
I was very happy with my breakfast and coffee, very tasty and good value. I had the scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, and a cinnamon and raisin bagel with cream cheese.
The lady that served me was friendly, and the upstairs seating area was good.

Amazing service amazing food. The bagels are the most perfect soft yet slightly toasted. The bagels are perfection. The garden scallion cream cheese is amazing. Also the service here is fantastic. Everyone has a smile and your order is literally done as soon as you pay. It’s insanely fast.

No taste at all. I tried the famous eggs and avocado bagel. Very boring.

Service is fast and efficient! Bagels are not too big and they taste good. Cream cheese is good. My son ate the whole bacon, egg, and cheddar on a plain toasted bagel and said it was good. He also ate a whole cinnamon raisen bagel with cream cheese, also good. I really liked my everything bagel with cream cheese bc it was not too garlic-y for breakfast.

This place is run down and gross. The food is overpriced and poor quality. Do better.

Friendly staff, decent bagel, but the upstairs eating area could have been cleaner. $13.95 for a salmon and cream cheese bagel, tiny portion of salmon so was more cream cheese.

Stumbled upon this place while staying in Boston and was very happy with the quality of bagels especially for the cost! If you happen to be looking for a large quantity of bagels this place offers a great price for 13 of them.
