Good breakfast & lunch sandwich options. Tons of bagel options. Bagels were good. Service was fast. Iced coffee was DIY but good!

If you like NYC style bagels this is not the place for you. They aren’t terrible -cream cheese was good- but they remind me of those store bought Thompson bagels.

If you’re looking for bagels in Back Bay, this is one of your few options. This two-story spot has seating and is pretty quick in terms of service. There is a nice quantity of meat on the egg and cheese sandwiches. The bagels are kind of too soft even when toasted but generally good.

This has been my go-to place for nearly 20 years. Today, we felt like a cup of beef chili. What happened? It's now tomato soup with a bit of beef and beans...my last time.

I forgot that bagels could actually be... Good? And not just a delivery platform for bacon egg and cheese. Despite ordering a BEC that of course has all that going on as well as the bagel, my first reaction was "Wow, this bagel is soft? And fluffy??? Not chewy and tough????" Dunkin has made me forget this is possible. Also they have a conveyor belt for slicing bagels. My order did take a bit but it was midmorning and it appeared there were a number of takeout orders in the works.

I've thought for years the layout of this store is odd. You want to look at the choices...but the cashier is before you get to the bagel window.So.... I asked for my bagel to be cut in 4 (half and half again- like an X or a +) the preparer cut the two sides [top/bottom] into 4 pieces each then put on the creeamcheese THEN Tried to match them! Ummmmmmmmm.Made it messy to eat for sure- nothing lined up. Verrrryyyy odddddd.Flavor: sesame- still good, olive- more olives, please.

Fresh bagels , but this location needs a thorough cleaning and an update. No one's cleaned vents or lights in much too long...

Super speedy service! So many options of toppings and modifications! I went with the everything famous egg sandwich and added bacon if you need a rec! 15/10! In a cute neighborhood too with surrounding churches. We are on the patio on a perfect chilly morning!

Been wanting to try this ever since I saw it on a Phantom Gourmet rerun a while back. The bagel saw is a cool gimmick, but wasn't as impressive as the video made it look.Place was busy on a weekday morning with a line of 5-8 people waiting for orders to be ready, and a steady stream of new customers coming in the door. Got a bagel breakfast sandwich, a regular bagel w/ lox spread, and a coffee. Coffee was a total disappointment - go to Dunkin. Bagel sandwich wasn't bad, nor was the standard bagel, but they didn't change my life. Also, I kinda felt like they were cheating on my onion bagel by taking a plain bagel and just coating the outside with dehydrated onions. It was fine, but nothing special. I probably won't go out of my way to come back.

Quick and easy, good service. Ordered an egg and cheese bagel with avocado, cost about $8. Store was busy but didn't have to wait more than a minute. Good food, wish there was more toppings. Bagels are crispy and fluffy.

Super good food, the sandwich prices were pretty reasonable for downtown Boston.
