It’s interesting because Fin’s Sushi is well prepared, but the quality of the fish is horrible for how expensive the sushi is. And this is invariably the case. The mackerel is stringy and the tuna, while it looks appetizing and lean, often isn’t tender enough. I feel like there are good chefs here that don’t have the high quality enough ingredients to make their sushi taste within its price bracket. The service is good.
I came with my family of 4 (including me.) It was a nice experience and it was rather quiet since it wasn't that busy. (Though there is music in the background) The atmosphere was pleasant and you could get a view of outside with the windows open, paintings were on the wall along with other decorations. The food was nice and we got a maki sushi boat along with a small bowl of seaweed salad. It took a while but since there was only a few people working I didn't mind....
